Under renovations They tried hard to make it better for the stay.

The entire building smells old. Everything is stained. Did not feel comfortable laying anything down and the bed was very hard. Had booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. It should not be open for business. It was That bad.

Location and past experience here was great. They have changed

250 deposit. That take 5 to 7 days to be returned. Or 160 cash deposit. That they charge locals. Now they charge everyone. Been stay here over 3 years. Never been this way.

Staff was really nice.

The rooms were basic and the beds were springs on a sheet metal frame. They were very uncomfortable and noisy.

Water damage on the ceiling in my room. Bathtub was outdated and very shallow

Location, price, shower had great water pressure and the water got hot! the room had AC unit that I could control the room temp! The bathroom had a working sink and toilet! Bed was comfortable.

the sitting chair super stained like it was bought from a frat house. I was afraid to sit or stand near it. The bed had this "handle" on edge - right where I swing my legs. that was awkward. The disappointing part was no hot breakfast "out of order'

Not the clean place it has been in the past. I stayed there 5 or 6 times in past and have been pleased. This time we found a dirty room. We even found two bed bugs. One we caught and showed the front desk. Breakfast was less then adequate.

Holes in the door, mold dripping from the ceiling, and dirt all over. Reeked of animal urine and didn't have a fire alarm. Windows were filthy and filled with cobwebs. Flickering electrical bulbs and webs hanging off lights complete the horror show.

Layer of grim on everything. Nothing appeared clean. Given the hardest bed ever. Not a 2.5 star hotel or even a 2.0 very disappointed. Service was not friendly.

Grab bars were towel bars. Refrigerator freezer was totally iced closed.

The hotel was dirty, the air was poor,and the staff were rude because we asked for them to clean

Not sure if there¿s enough space on this questionnaire. The main reason was the hotel room was INFESTED with roaches. Also dude feel safe for a female traveling solo

Its was easy to book, pet friendly, and easy access from the interstate.

The room hadn¿t been vacuumed and there was a poor attempt to remodle the bathroom. General upkeep of the room and pool was of lesser quality that I expected.

Leaving the hotel was the best part

I didn't like anything about the hotel. Their staff was rude their rooms were unclean and their laundry facility was atrocious. This was one of the worst hotels experiences I've ever had

Location was good.

Our toilet wouldn¿t flush, our shower head was broken, and our bathtub drained very very very slowly.

Literally nothing.

Staff was very confrontational, demanded my card have at least $250 dollars on it after paying and demanded I give a cash security deposit of $160 which they of course tried to find a way to keep the next day after first denying I gave a deposit.

It had a decent breakfast

The clean standard is low. Room had a weird smell.
