Hampton Inn Council Bluffs

It’s location, price, breakfast options, staff (beautiful front desk worker ❤️)

No hot tub

It was super clean and rooms are newly remodeled. The gym was nice and service was good.

The breakfast was just ok. The faucet was little short n awkward for washing hands and the toilet was very low. We are tall people.

Clean & good breakfast

Know that it's connected to the casino. An advantage for some, but perhaps not for a family.

I looked that there was hot breakfast included. The decor was nice.

The pool was very small compared to its neighbor Holiday Inn, with no hot tub. And the bed mattresses were too firm.

The hallways and rooms smelled good & clean.

TV didn't work part of time. There was no lotion in the bathroom and no one would answer when I called several times to front desk. There also were no extra amenities , like a stitch to fix my dress.

All staff were friendly, the hotel seemed clean & in good repair. Our room was ready and smelled fresh.Great amenities in the bathroom including shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The pool was nice and well-maintained. We loved the hot breakfast!

I wished there was a hot tub, and a better view on the side that did not face the river, but we did get a kick out of watching the casino security robot we called R2D2 tooling around the parking lot. There is a railroad nearby so you will hear trains.

Rooms were decent size and quiet the night we stayed. Sports bar in casino was quite good and reasonably priced.

It was snowing/blowing badly, some entrances were a struggle to keep cleared. Automatic doors were a challenge for the staff--not sure if there is a better design

Excellent staff, clean and accommodating. The breakfast was okay but has room for improvement. More diabetic friendly.

I really don't have any complaints and I would be happy to stay again and recommend you to family and friends.

Lovely, big room and pretty bathroom.

Ridiculously high pet fee! At a day and age when lots of people travel with pets, a $75 pet fee is way too much. I can understand putting a temporary hold on a card in case of damage, but for a $75 charge, our dog should have had her own room!

Clean comfortable bedding.

Tight quarters. Not much room to move around. VERY noisy early a.m. garbage pickup on a weekend.

Great choice - comfortable, clean room, friendly staff

it had everything you need. comfort, free parking, free breakfast and close to things to do.

No hot tub

The only good thing was that there was plenty of close parking and the beds were comfortable.

The description said they had a hot tub and showed a picture of one by the pool but they didn't have one. The breakfast could use more hot variety and less water in the juice.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the zoo. Very clean room and property. All of the staff are friendly. Breakfast was great. Hot choices that rotated each day. Bonus of warm soup in the lobby with cookies in the evening.

Everything was good quiet rooms friendly staff. Good hot breakfast

Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The sink drained very slowly. Minor issue but the only thing I can think of.................

Rooms was spacious & very clean. Friendly staff. Terrific breakfast with a variety of hot and cold items. Free parking a plus. Conveniently connected to Ameristar via enclosed walkways.

The way the staff was helpful and handled everything. We especially liked that we could schedule a time in the pool and not have a large crowd in there. The staff made sure everyone followed the rules also.

The location was great.

The sink in our first room would not drain at all, so we had a plumber in our room for half an hour and then he told us he could not fix it that evening. They finally moved us to another room where they had to replace an air conditioner.

Location and rooms were nice also clean and quiet. Great value compared to other places we have stayed.
