Ot was clean and didnt have a odor

The gentleman at the checkin was a little bit grumpy and didnt explain things very well also was not aware that there was a parking charge

It was such an ideal location. Close to shopping. Close to hospital. Close to games. There is a really pretty educational trail behind the building. The parking garage is 10.00 addditional. Who cares. Your car is covered, close and safe.

The hotel was close to the location we were going, easy check-in and concierge was very pleasant man.

There was no free breakfast, lunch or drink offers like the other hotels that were within walking distance. Only free bottle water.

The staff were really friendly.

The bathroom was not cleaned¿someone used it and did not flushed. So when we walk in it was quite a supprise.

I was charged for parking but the parking garage was open to the public for the weekend.

Clean rooms and good location.

Had to pay for parking and NO complimentary breakfast. There are numerous hotels within the area. Next time we will stay at a different hotel within the area that offers free parking a free breakfast ( as most do).

It was in a good location for us.

Parking was $8. There was no clock in the room. One outlet by the bed did not work. Bed skirt was put on uneven.

The young male occupants next door so loud at 1am in the morning after a night of drinking it sounds like. Sounded like a party in there. Lots of cussing and I could hear them through the walls. Very irritated. Only negative experience.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool was awesome!

Pop machines were all sold out...couldn¿t get anyone at Starbucks counter..charged $8.40 for parking in parking garage and not told about that although there is no other parking!

Have stayed here before and it was great. This time the room was small and dirty. Tons of people in the hotel, many not wearing masks. After this trip, I probably will not stay here again.

Loved the location of the hotel. close to restaurants and close to the college arenas.

The staff was slim, likely due to COVID however we waited for approx. 8 minutes prior to being seeing anyone. The room was clean for the most part, the bathroom could have been cleaner, the pillows were awful and having to pay for parking is a major flaw.

It was big, spacious, clean, modern and well maintained.

The location was perfect right off the highway. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It was amazing to have a hotel actually serve warm food in the morning. And coffee 24hrs!!
