Nice room. Toiletries are excellent

Not as good as some Hampton inns we?ve been in. Breakfast wasn?t that ok but have had better

It seems we like very much this hotel .

The staff. Breakfast was excellent and so was the ladies that prepared the food.

Hallway on 3rd floor was dirty. The room needed repairs,broken sink stopper,shower leaked and non working refrigerator.

Drawers & showerrails, towel. . Allergy to down feathers( al 8) make a couple allergenic.??ty

No biscuits available for quite awhile at breakfast. Cook wasn¿t friendly . Closet too small in room. Refrigerator did not work

Very clean - good breakfast - good location

There was a light outside of the window that was on all night. Shade did not cover the window in the room. Air Conditioning did not work. We could not get additional wash cloths.

It was close to where I needed to be for the evening

For price, thought it would have been a little nicer room. The temp of the room was too warm and could not get thermostat to adjust. Printer provided for the business center wouldn¿t allow my flash drive to connect. Hot breakfast items were lukewarm.

Yes all together we got charged for (7) rooms and Hampton Inn is giving me the run around

Staff were all friendly from check-in to breakfast attendant to cleaning staff. entire facility very clean and well taken care of. Room was spotless and bed was comfy. Nice selection for breakfast included in the room price.

Only complaint was that there was no alarm clock in my room.

liked the shower that you didn't have to step over a tub side! also liked the blackout curtain that was one continuous panel!

seemed short-staffed on this particular morning--did not affect me but noticed food was low esp with waffle maker not working...

Clean bathroom. Conveniently located.

Receptionist Spencer was way better than any other receptionist in our last 10 hotel stays in 4 weeks.

The location was very convenient, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

The hotel was undergoing some interior renovation, but to the staff's credit everything was handled in a way that minimized the inconvenience caused by the work. All things considered I would stay there again.

The only thing that wasn¿t ideal was the shower needs a little ¿love¿; the curtain had a few holes at the top & the faucet felt like it was going to come out of the wall when I went to turn the shower head on¿

Cleanliness and proximity to some great restaurants/walking area nearby, likely thanks to the proximity of the University.

Wish masks were required at breakfast except while eating, of course and some distancing were in place.

We loved this hotel. The newly refurbished room was beautiful - comfortable bed - roomy bathroom - and the breakfast was very good

I paid for a room with two beds but when I got there the room only had one bed.

Disappointed in the room. Thought it had 2 queens but only had 1. Very uncomfortable for my husband and I due to the size of that one bedtime lounge chair only had 3 legs and was not useable. No fridgerator. Lamp broken. Room was way over priced.
