General cleanliness was good; but corners, tiles, and vents could have used a thorough cleaning

Mold in rooms, rooms were not cleaned, water in walls above ac unit making the wall soft and gross with bugs

Small tv, Not clean, burned out lights, old carpet. Needs remodeling.

Everything was broke! The elevator, the doors key identifier, the hot water dispenser! The pool was cloudy, spa was non-existentant, 2 towels available at poolside. Pretty sure people lived there?!

The room had been cleaned well.

The room needs to be repainted and have the fixtures replaced. The view is of a gas station. The first place I parked my car had someone lurking behind a dumpster smoking marijuana. I moved my car. The reception staff was either not present or rude.

Location for my needs, and the front desk person was very friendly and accommodating upon checking in.

Showing it's age and getting run down - rusty bathroom fixtures, saggy mattress, dingy curtains ,etc. There was dust all over the shelf in front of the mini-fridge like it hadn't been wiped down in weeks. It was OK for a quick one night stay.

After checking in. the Fire Alarm sounded? There was banging duriing the night. Turn on fan to drone out the noise. Reported it to deck on check out, was told it was not from in the building.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. When we checked in, we ask what time is the pool open and hot tub, Haley the hotel staff that checked us in was so kind enough to bumped us up with a room that has jacuzzi coz they don?t have hot tub.

The room was tidy and clean. I appreciate that it was on the first floor and fairly close to the front desk.

I am very upset about this place claiming that they have a spa. They do not. They boarded it up long ago. The room was oddly arranged; it seems that the bed should face the television but was perpendicular to it. The room had a subtle smell of cat urine.

Listed had a hot tub and showed photo, but had not been in operation for long time. Drove further and paid more based on this feature. Hotel should be penalized for false advertising

The TV did not work, several of the outlets did not work, the room smelled.

Nothing - room was filthy, electrical outlets non- functional and broken

Room had bugs running around both nights! Short staffing and very rude!

The manager was very friendly and helpful and was accommodating to my needs for a room that Im was happy with!

Side door entrances still not fixed to be locked for safety and ice machine still broke for along time.

Lack of cleanliness. Floors in room had not been vacummed and the whole place needed additional attention.

No hair dryer in room, should not be named an Americinn as it is old and needs a lot of remodeling done, desk was about ready to break, desk chair was unstable, other chair was old, worn and not very comfortable, shampoo and conditioner locked on the wall

air conditioning worked great; shower water pressure was very strong

broken light fixture above sink, fan in bathroom did not work, housekeeping woke me up twice despite a 'do not disturb' sign on door, exterior doors of hotel were kept unlocked/unsecured at night

Checking in, placed us in a room with a guest already there. No ice available. No hot tub
