The location was great
Nothing
It was clean and the air conditioning worked very well. 2 or the staff were excellent and very helpful. It was close to the freeway, near 2 good restaurants.

Cons -

Yes the rooms walls are paper thin there was a group of younger guys next door that made so much noise I had to call the front desk several times through the night to quiet them down two days in a row.
I prepaid for 2 nights and could not check in the first night and they gave my room away and kept my money.
The towels, although plentiful, were thread bare. There was a Somalian woman on staff who was mistrustful and didn't seem to know her job at all. This isn't fair to the rest of the staff who were most excellent. Thank you!
