The breakfast was ok

Basic cold Breakfast was disappointed that I couldn't get juice for free. But I wasn't going to pay $3 for a bottle juice.

Had A blizzard On the night that we arrived, parking lot was full of snow even in the morning made it very hard to walk, and the vending machines were not kept full.

It was close to things like Walmart and food places

We had a fire alarm that fell off in our hotel room and they refused to return our deposit because of their fire alarm falling off when we shut a door. They’re scammers they have the worst breakfast. My daughter is at the waffles tasted like vinegar. Didn’t have a TV for two days. You have to literally call the office to connect the TV. Oh, but couldn’t call the office because I didn’t have a phone in my room to call the office so I walk to the office to get any assistance. Below are the pictures of the file on that fell and we put it on the nightstand next to the bed apparently because we didn’t tell them that’s why they kept our deposit however, we did didn’t even notice it until we were leaving.

The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was dark, not much lighting. The floors were dirty. The bedding was soiled, the shower had black mold on the ceiling, the vent in the bathroom was packed full. And needs cleaned out. The hairdryer did not work. The hotel had lots of litter outside the rooms. It looks like a place where a lot of people may live . There are Vehicles in parking lot that look broke down and covered with tarrps. The breakfast area had chairs with the seats all torn up. It looks like the employees use the breakfast area as their break room..
