The friendliness of the staff.

I am not a fan of its location. Our window faced the casino and the lights in the parking lot were on for most all of the night.

The first apprentice was everything. Walk up and outside clean and when you walk in. Had hot cookies and coffee ready. Love it

Hotel employee was so friendly and so caring. He played Easter bunny for the kids gave them a treat. They entire staff was so pleasant. When back in this area I will make this my stay again.

Breakfast and pool

Some areas were lacking but I understand that this is new management and they are working to complete repairs and renovations. Disappointed that there wasn¿t hot top

Room was clean and comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome! Always a plus! Aaron at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. My car battery was dead in the morning and he came right out to give me a jump! that is customer service!!

It offered one of the better breakfast opportunities of similar hotels we have stayed at. The staff were friendly.

It needs a refresh. It's a bit tired.

The bed was really comfortable and pillows were great! Clean rooms, pool, sauna and lobby- everything looked new Great staff, friendly and fantastic breakfast! Overall a great stay. Only one critic, larger bath towels and larger towels in pool area.

Bath towels and pool towels were very small and thin, not thick, fluffy, nor thirsty. Need a toilet or changing room in the pool area

Pool room sterile. They charge for internet except a basic email/news check. Need to move into the 21st century. Never again will we stay at Hampton.

Did not have good night lighting. Couldn?t see from car to door.

It sucked! No breakfast, lobby and elevator were filthy and then getting harassed to pay... AGAIN!

They couldn't find my reservation when I checked in. After 3 different people looked it was found. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing. I was given the key cards and told which room was mine. They explained about breakfast in the morning. So.....we came down for breakfast at the given time and the people ahead of us literally ate EVERYTHING! They were shoving anything they could in their bags and the staff just stood there. There was absolutely NOTHING left for us except coffee. Then I get home and have a message to call the hotel so I did. She said I didn't pay. I told her I had confirmation number and receipt. She said they didn't even have a room assigned to me. They insisted I didn't pay and I said they could call me back when they got it straightened out. I have never heard back but what a horrible way to run a business. I forgot to mention that when we came back to go to bed there were chips and other snacks smashed all over the lobby floor and in the elevator.! Unbelievably unprofessional staff and I did not get what I paid for.

It was very clean and the breakfast was good.

The bed was too hard and there was a security door by the south stairwell that did not securely lock. Told staff about the door and it remained the same our whole stay.

Exercise room wasn’t bad. Always use more equipment.

Walls are crazy thin. You could hear everybody

Staff friendly, hotel very clean and well lit. Breakfast was great. No problem only the pool heater went out and the area was cold as well as the water.

Location

Hotel didn't honor room request, Staff was rude and made us feel unwelcome because of booking through a 3rd party. No shampoo, toilet paper or Kleenex in the room upon check in.

Desk associate was friendly and very helpful.

The bathroom was dirty and the bed literally looked like it was thrown together. Had the strangest chair in the room. It was soo high your feet couldn't touch the floor (and I have really long legs). Every other continental breakfast offers yogurt, but not this location. A lot of people eat yogurt and fruit for breakfast.

Upgraded, clean, friendly staff & comfy bed.

The coffee is absolutely terrible. The body wash was empty.
