Clean hotel

I wasn’t told about the accident fee or parking fee til I showed up

The lobby is large and great for hanging out. The location is prime to walk to all activities in downtown CF. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Staff on night shift. Love the view of the river from some of the rooms!

Think there's some water issues (mold?) in the ceiling tiles throughout. Also warm in the hallways and room air slow to cool, keep up.

Parking was good

Our room had no air conditioning and no phone. I complained to the manager and housekeeping brought me a fan. No response on the air conditioner and no phone.

Who?s at a convenient location and the staff was very nice

The bathroom shower door was really gross and dirty. There was also a big stain on the couch. It could have been easily cleaned prior to arrival.

Starting to show wear. Dirty carpet room wasn?t clean overall.

The room was very nice, bed comfortable and the water immediately hot.

My concern was at check-in for my cousin on Friday, the clerk needed to assert himself as two women were flirting with him and we had to wait to check-in. We had dinner plans and she was willing to come back, but I was just annoyed. He was professional.

New feeling. Walking distance to good restaurants. Safe parking. Good staff.

Would have liked to have a bar in the lobby.

breakfast was average at best, and at 10:00 they start the close down of breakfast, even if you are trying to get food

At midnight the smoke detector started blinking like a strobe light. We called front desk and was told that's what they do. They should have offered to change batteries. Terrible night sleep.

I went three days without a refrigerator. I was provided clean sheets and towels only when I requested (once.) My garbage cans were never emptied.

Very clean. Great location next to unique stores and restaurants

The rooms and decor it was very nice! The Hampton did not disappoint, the king bed was so comfortable we did not want to go home but we will definitely be booking here again.

I was not greeted at check in I actually had to google the hotel number to get the front desk to ring in order for someone to come from up stairs. The wait was long but I did love this hotel. We thought it was weird we couldn’t close the drapes too.

Beds were great, everywhere was clean and attractive.
