The pool was freezing and the hot tub was bath water….

Great staff, friendly and professional. Always made sure everything was stocked at breakfast and just very attentive in general. The breakfast has everything a person could want and then some, better than other hotels we have stayed at.

The Hot Tub was Out of Service.

The staff was terrible and that's being kind. After 4 hours of people partying and fighting the hotel guests had to ne the ones to call the police. The overnight staff didn't answer the phone at all and didn't intervene with the unruly guests.

The beds in the above room were not secure. There were people walking all night from 12am- 6am The ability to fall asleep was rough then we kept getting woke throughout the night.

Clean room, comfortable bed

The person at the front desk should not have been working at the front desk. I felt like I was interrupting her day. She did not smile once. I wanted to ask her a question but avoided doing so to avoid incurring her wrath.

No carpet in rooms, clean, free water, friendly staff, close proximity to shopping and the University.

No vent fan in bathroom

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast had so many options.

This hotel was a 10+. Above & beyond expectations! Clean, wonderful breakfast, laundry available, and staff exceptionally friendly!

Absolutely love the whole stay

The front desk staff person was kind enough to move me from my first room due to noise. The bed in the second room was better than the first.

The man who checked me in was unprofessional wearing an old grease stained sweatshirt and dirty ripped jeans In the first room the beds were very hard and old. Noise from the room above was extreme. Shower head was encrusted with mineral deposits.

Everything. Staff., the manager was uncooperative. Hotel employee was rude. The let a young man bleed during breakfast all over the kitchen area. It was disgusting and the final straw. We left immediately. Who would want to eat where blood was every where!

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was not clean, blood spot on bathroom floor, different types of hair on sink and bathtub, and used dental floss left stuck to the side of the tub.

Check in and out was seamless. Breakfast was decent. Waffles, oatmeal, scrambled or boiled eggs, etc.

The bed was hard. I like a firm mattress, but the mattress on my bed was like sleeping on cement.

Clean, good breakfast, ( didn¿t eat it but gravy was very runny, like the had add extra milk. Staff was friendly and family enjoyed the fresh baked cookies.
