Beds were uncomfortable and hard TV did not work Air Conditioning was not optimal Food offerings were terrible A bad experience overall

Room was very clean.

Many things out of order that were unexpected.. hot tub, atm, coffee machine. Breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced at $15.00/person for a basic breakfast.

Ended up turning the air conditioner on since the heat control didn't work. Tiny pool for as big as the hotel is.

Pool and hot tub under maintenance. Was told pool was open but actually wasn't.

The large hot tub

The large hot tub but the fact that there were LOTS of kids and adults abusing the room and no one checking. They had the outside door open which was cold when you sat in the tub and they all acted like they were in charge and very disrespectful

Location, friendliness of the staff, and price point.

Parking was very limited

The morning food server. Very nice and accommodating. The pillows. The grilled cheese sandwich was the best.

RUDE,CONDESCENDING,NASTY EVENING FRONT LOBBY STAFF.SHE ACTUALLY FOLLOWED US TO THE ELEVATOR,KEPT IT OPEN WITH FOOT, WHILE CONTINUING TO BERATE US.THIS AFTER HER MISTAKE ALMOST WOKE UP A GUEST IN The WRONG ROOM. GAVE US WRONG KEY, WRONG FLOOr.

Great staff and the hot tub was actually open. Most hotels advertise hot tubs but haven¿t opened them up since Covid.

OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY AT 4PM TO CHECK IN. WE NEEDED TO CHANGE CLOTHES TO ATTEND A WEDDING 30 MILES AWAY AT 5PM. ASKED IF WE COULD JUST USE A ROOM TO CHANGE, REPLY NO. BUT WE COULD USE A RESTROOM OUT IN THE LOBBY. HILTON HAS MORE CLASS THEN THAT NOT HAPPY

Tiny pool, room wasn't as clean as you would expect

Clean! The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were accommodating and friendly.

Great size of hot tub. cold food ok staff could be good if not all on overtime and not up for the job and stop complaining

hot food was cold pool cold beds stained and uncomfortable lack of staff kids in pool throwing water all over and not supervised by the parents drinking beer

My wife and I loved the staff, bar and their restaurant. Our room was very clean, and comfortable.

Their inability to keep teenage guests from running up and down the hallways, lobby, yelling and laughing loudly, also flipping chairs in the computer room, playing elevator tag etc.

Beds noisy, any minimal movement, very sqeeky. Not comfortable either

We were put in a handicap room,with a walk-in shower. The shower was poorly designed and the water ran all over the floor. The hairdryer in the room didn¿t work. Luckily I had brought my own. There were bugs all around the pool area including some in

I held the room on a credit card and paid cash uopn checkout... I checkout out Sunday, 4/25 and my card has yet to be refunded the $200+ . I have called twice in regards to this and do not get a definitive answer.

Room set up and the accommodations, no tv channel listings, no local area guide or restaurant recommendations , pool was closed even though was not listed on website or check In desk

Decor was nice and room was decent enough.

Pillows are awful so bring your own. Gym equipment is very antiquated, especially the treadmills. Breakfast isn't worth the cost.
