Hampton Inn Omaha Airport

Everything was terrible. Front desk person outside smoking. Didn't verify who I was at check in. Both elevators not working properly. Nearly no snacks for purchase. Had to change rooms because first rooms due to smell. 2nd room bathroom light broken.

Kids loved the cheap curtains than a nightlight, traffic roaring up and down the street, the bouncy sub-floor, and they delighted at the sound when the toilet seat slams down.

Cheaply built over priced hotel with lipstick. Thin exterior wall and cheap window transmit road noise. Curtains let in ambient light. Bouncy subfloor. Toilet seat slams down. No breakfast to go option for folks with early flights.

location by the airport was good. It appears to be a newer hotel. With the hotel being new it seems like it would be easy to clean the dirt in the hallways and the food scattered around.

Hair in the shower trash wasn't taken staff stand offish. I might have got bitten by some bugs and possibly my wife as well. She claimed there was bed bug poop under the mattress. I didn't see any but then again she's more knowledgeable in bugs than me.

I loved everything about this hotel, the hotel was clean everywhere, the breakfast was very good and my room was clean and nice size room with a king size bed that was a dream to sleep on , the employees were nice and very friendly.

Beautiful, stylish room. Comfy beds and great linens (this can be a deal-breaker for me). VERY CLEAN. And the staff who checked me in at midnight was pleasant and helpful. The proximity to the airport was ideal and well-lit parking lot was a bonus.

Bagged breakfast due to pandemic needs healthier options.

Beautiful new hotel close to the airport and downtown. Modern and new everywhere. Pool and fitness room were outstanding. Great for a quick overnight prior to catching a flight or an extended stay enjoying the city. Highly recommend this property.

Extreme discomfort

The rooms were having extreme noisy air conditioners. Though my room was changed after complaint but my coworkers were suffering and were not happy about their experience
