- Staff was great. Room was clean and spacious.
- Lori was exceptional very friendly and professional
- Clean room NOTHING else.
Cons -
- Breakfast was old and stale eggs were dry and crusty at 830 am on Saturday and Sunday. Sausages were cold and undercooked. No pool facilities up and running as advertised. Shower head didnt work well. Room was clean the only decent thing My truck was broken into Saturday night. Multiple things stolen and $5000 worth of damage to my 2025 vehicle. Zero compassion, zero help. No cameras, what are you kidding me? Wouldnt let me use a broom or a vacuum to clean the glass so I could at least drive somewhere without cutting myself or my brand new vehicle worse. Manager wouldn't talk to me or call us back. Disgusting customer service. And a legal ussue waiting to happen with no cameras. Someone will get raped, mugged or worse. Recommend NEVER staying her to anyone! EVER!
