Clean, spacious, outdoor patio, location

I didn't realize it was attached to a large casino. I am a compulsive gambler in recovery, and fortunately at a point in my recovery where this didn't bother me. Had it been a few years ago, I would have had to leave. It was all good tho!

Hotel was very clean and conveniently located. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, amenities

Rudely kicked us out of pool saying we do all our maintenance on Monday morning's. How would we know this as guests? No sign on pool door and front desk saw us walking there with suits on. Also we were already in there half hr.

Stuff was great. We looked confused as to which way to go to the Boogaloos grill and she rushed out to give us directions.

Needs a hot tub.

It was so close to Hucks Hatbor and the Pzazz Hotel was closed.

They charged my debit card an extra $150 after arriving home without explanation. I called and they said they didn’t see the pillowcases and a sheet for the bed. I always bring my own blankets and never even used theirs. RIDICULOUS!

It was very clean and modern! And the pool was nice and warm!

No blackout blinds in the room. There are lights on the top of the casino and it was hard to fall asleep without any curtains to pull.

Staff was great, welcome message on TV was nice, room was spacious.

The mattress was horrible, I could feel the springs. The TV in my room was also starting to fail, the backlights were starting to go out making it hard to see with daylight in the room, non major network channels were extremely low res and hard to read text on.

Propert was very clean, easy to get around. The staff was most helpful and friendly.

The staff was outstanding they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun with local recommendations and things to not miss. So helpful. Also breakfast was good and the room was comfy.

This place has it all. Food, drink, live music, coffee shop, arcade, casino, water park. There's a designated area for dog potty with potty bags available And that's only what we utilized. There's a spa and, sports betting room and I'm surely forgetting some other fun things. My family of 20 stay here at once a year!

We brought our puppy on this trip, and she whined and barked when we left her in her kennel in the room, as she was in an unfamiliar place. We didn't leave for long periods of time, and in the early evening, around 7, I received a call from the front desk that someone complained about her Barking. If this would have happened later in the evening, I would have totally understood, but at 7? Doors were slamming and people (I assume kids) running the halls well after 10 pm, so how's that ok? It really put a damper on our fun as my husband and I left the room in shifts to avoid another complaint for the rest of our stay. Very disappointed.

Nothing comes to mind as we always stay here when traveling to Burlington.
