The Room Smells Mold on the Bathroom Wall One Spring Mattress Of all my years of traveling, I never experienced a Mattress like that The Breakfast was As Cheap as Possible Poor Bread selection , a few plain bagels Egg Disc and Cold Tater Tots

Hotel was old in a poor location breakfast was not good

The breakfast was horrible, only waffles and tater tots. Yogurts were outdated and fresh fruit was not fresh.

Staying at the Quality Inn for a college softball tournament. Great staff and pet friendly. Breakfast was better than expected. Would stay again.

The Breakfast bar on Saturday was great.

They tried to get into our hotel room to clean before checkout time and we were still in it

Location to where I was going.

The heat was not on, or very low. I had to turn the heat on in my room. The water pressure in the shower was very low and water drain must¿ve been clogged because it took several hours to drain completely. I left and went to another hotel.

Great value for the price. The free breakfasts were a great addition.

I could not figure out for the life of me how to get the coffee-cup tops to fit on the take-out coffee cups.

Close to two major highways.

Room floors were sticky. Grout in bathroom need major cleaning. Bed mattresses were very uncomfortable

Average at best, one staff member was all we saw for 2 days. She was fantastic!

Our room was not very clean. Also whatever was holding the bed up was awful. When you sat in the bed or rolled over there was a metal on metal sound. Like hollow galvanized ductwork being folded, popping and banging. No sleep for us bed was hard too!

I liked the location and ease of access.

I didn¿t like how lousy the room was, the fitted sheet on the bed was inside out, the room was in a loud area so there was foot traffic noise all night long.

The front staff were very nice and accommodating, giving us extra pillows when requested, and two room keys. They were wonderful!

Two lamps were broken, the desk electrical strip did not work, despite there being a note left for staff in July in the binder. The blankets were in poor condition, and the fridge was leaking water inside.

The rooms were dirty, the sheets were dirty, the room smelled like smoke when we arrived and the window was open. There was rolled up toilet paper stuffed in the door where the peep hole was supposed to be. They told us we could get a refund. we didn't

Very clean and quiet room. Staff was very friendly and asked me several times if there was anything I needed. Would stay again. Was worth the money.

I'm sure it was cheap. I'm not sure the actual price as this stay was scheduled for me by the agency I worked with.

The tub didn't drain, there were multiple stains on the sheets and blankets of both beds, cigarettes burns on the blankets, the floor was not vacuumed, the TV remote did not work, weird blood stain on bathroom door.. I can go on and on.
