Pros +
- Very very good hotel for handicap youth
- It was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very good.
- Room was clean and nice. Bed was comfy and clean.
Cons -
- I did not get the room that I booked. They gave the room to someone else, and then had to go knock on the door to find out who they gave it to. I wanted a room with 2 beds and space to move around since we were staying 3 nights. We left 1 day early.
- The bed was hard. The HVAC unit was loud and could not be set to a desired temperature. I woke up several times during the night to turn the HVAC unit on or off. NOT good. Also, only decaf coffee was supplied with the coffee maker.
- The remote to the TV did not change the volume or turn it off and on. That was annoying.
