- The size of the rooms , it was 5 min from volcano national park, it was in the middle of the rain forest
- We were only there for about 5 hours after dark. Place was clean, bed was comfortable and snacks were a life saver! Entrance information was perfect- would recommend, wish we had longer to stay.

- Bathroom tile could be cleaner, musty smell.

- Unit doors were all left open; hot tub was green with growing algae; lava tube stairs and surrounding area looked like something from an OSHA horror movie, I could go on and on. Bottom line is that the property is cheap and run-down.
