The staffs are so friendly and knowledgeable. They gave helpful instructions on traveling to the beach and tips on how to watch July 4th fireworks. The Cabana is convenient and offers free towels and chairs to their customers.

The studio room really needs update. It doesn¿t look very clean with stains on appliances and door corners. The cabana located at a slope of sand and it was hard to walk over the sand to the ocean. Additional resort and registration fee at checkin.

Our view of the ocean was great, as was the cabana. Our room was very nice.

The resort fees and especially the cleaning fees are outrageous. We'll be checking our other resorts for our next trip.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean. Great location within walking distance to Kaanapali Beach (the hotel Cabana), shops and restaurants.

Well kept grounds and facilities. Always easy to get a cart ride down to private beach facilities. The location in Maui was great.

Room really needs to be updated. AC worked poorly. Cooking utensils and dishes are extremely limited.

Closeness to the beach. Easy check-in.

Expensive cleaning fee- in addition to the resort fee that was never disclosed to me !!! Not very helpful staff except the lady who checked us in. No daily housekeeping. Not close to shopping, restaurants, grocery.

The physical beauty of the grounds. The proximity to the beach and cabana. The new hot tub and pool.

The condo we were assigned is a bit dated and needs updated bathrooms. The kitchen had been updated and was nice and the king bed was comfortable. It worked nicely for us.

The kitchenette was well equipped, the bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed the double patio doors that opened onto our on private patio. The grounds at the resort were very well maintained, and the cabana was great. Will stay here again for sure!

Great location- easy to get to anywhere, but needed to drive to get to places. Not convenient without a car or if you want to walk to places to avoid driving.

Under construction- started early in the morning and the main pool was closed. We were very bummed! I feel like they should have said something prior to us booking a room. This is not a resort so pools are very basic and no hot tubs.

Close walk to Sheraton beach f not but 30% cheaper.

Hotel very clean, great view from our room,awesome friendly helpful staff.. Beach only 5 minutes walk through the golf course.Very family oriented.

TV remote control no batteries. Hotel need to have instruction how to use the tv.

The location was just a short walk to the beach and cabana. Beautiful grounds and water. The staff were amazing. Quiet and peaceful place would definitely recommend to anyone trying to relax. Great location for any family. Will be going back in the future

Did not at all like the hidden fees not told to you in booking. There is a MANDATORY $12 a day room fee and cleaning fee which cost us an extra $258 on top of what we already paid while booking.

Proximity to everything, the beach and whalers village.

This place was beautiful with a great view of the entire facility and the ocean.
