The cockroaches

Walking distance to beach, gas station, coffee shop , Miso phat sushi and Maui brewery restaurant. Lots of parking. Clean adult and toddler pool. Clean grounds everywhere. Koi fish pond is super cute! Rooms are spacious and AC works like a champ!

Room was very small but mostly updated. Bathroom had new solid surface countertop and sinks. Newer shower as well. Also liked that the whole unit was NOT carpet.

Housekeeping left a used bar of soap in shower and hair in bathroom sink and cabinets. (Not hair from a head) ¿¿. You are not on the beach but close to a park on the beach. Luggage cart was old stained carpet. High resort fees for a hotel. Very small room

Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen. Nice overall.

Door wouldn¿t shut completely unless pulled shut. Security concern.

Location and free parking

Bugs in microwave and bathroom. Does not clean room and bed sheets unless you stay 5 days and they only clean on the 5th day.

The pool chairs with cushions were extremely comfortable. The maintenance people were really nice and helpful. The Hawaiian gentleman at front desk was super friendly and kind.

My room was a shoebox, extremely small, narrow window, facing the wall /elevator, ground floor unit, beds very bumpy/uncomfortable, tv remote barely worked, no stove, small bar sink, small refrigerator, cleaned room once in 9 days.

Room was small, but very clean and well appointed. Large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub was a plus! Extras: Clubhouse with full kitchen, computers, game room, exercise area. Beautiful pool and two spas, free laundry area. Easy access to beach. We'll be back!

The hotel was nestled between Lahaina and Kapalua so there is plenty to do and see.

Our rental car was hit in the parking lot and the hotel didn't seem to eager to help us resolved the situation.

Close to location needed

Concierge could not provide any coupons for any of the restaurants which was odd since your brother resorts always willingly provided which was very helpful for our family.

Staff was great.

Under construction. The AC did not have appropriate settings to make the room comfortable.

We liked that we could do laundry in the room

We checked in & noticed ants in the bedroom & bathroom. We notified the front desk @ was told she would have somebody spray bug spray throughout the rooms & said manager was unavailable until the next day. After being more direct, she gave us a new room.

Very friendly staff, location was OK but not on the beach

Price and location were great.

Very small room, very limited parking, the buildings were grimy. No turn down services. Could hear next door neighbors easily.

the ants in my room..lol..

had to pay extra 25 dollars a night for my daughter but i didnt get anything extra just a extra pool towel... i talked to te manger and said everyone has to pay... really i said well do i get two beds for the extra charge?? no just one queen.what a joke

Spacious Rooms/suites at reasonable price in a good location near a beach with most of the amenities. Parking is complimentary. Staff was friendly

They sundry charges for even small items like Coffee, Detergent etc. Swimming pool was dirty with leafs etc. We didn't end up using it. Business center has old computers where printing was a problem at one out of 2 computers.

It was beautiful. it had a washer & dyer.

The room had ants continuously. The carpets was really wet.

Had cockroaches and bug when you walked in. Found 3 pieces of hair on the bed.

The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. It served its purpose.

It was super dated & the pillows were uncomfortable. I don't know if we got the worst room or what. For being a 3.5 star hotel I would definitely expect more. I booked this because of the star rating for our 10year anniversary. I was bummed about it.

The access and distance to the beach.

They did not clean the room like was promised when we checked in. They brought us new towels each day but didn't make the bed or sweep the floors.

The location was perfect. The staff was very accommodating especially since we arrived several hours before check in. They did their best together us into a room before check-in time.
