Cons -

This is a “renovated” condo, not “new condo” as advertised. the ac did not work, and was 83 deg. The staff were friendly, but they had no information about my reservation and could not help on site. The owner was not responsive to calls.
The carpets in the room felt dirty. The lanai had a disgusting ripped carpet on the flloor that needed to be replaced. The 2 other chairs with cushions had bird poop stains oplus the hotel charged a seperate parking fee

The view from the room was great
