    Pros +

    • The hotel staff was NONE EXISTENT. NOBODY AT THE OFFICE FOR HELP CHECKING IN, JUST A QR CODE IN THE OFFICE WINDOW, FOR AN INFORMATION HOW TO CHECK IN WITH YOUR CELL-PHONE,
    • Loved that it was a smaller complex and definitely had an ¿Aloha¿ feel to it. The ladies in front office were amazing with questions and had great recommendations for specific things we wanted to see. Room was perfect for our needs!!
    • Nice size of room, lots of kitchen utensils, etc. Fridge was impressively cold. Good cross-ventilation possible, plus two nice ceiling fans to keep cool. A/C was available, but not needed. Quiet at night, busy nearby road traffic diminished at night.

    Cons -

    • JUST A QR CODE IN THE OFFICE WINDOW, FOR INFORMATION HOW TO CHECK IN WITH YOUR CELL-PHONE, That DID NOT WORK AS THE WIFI QUIT!!. Luckily a CLEANING LADY, ON HER WAY HOME, HAD THE KEYS, FIVE MORE. MINUTES, WE WOULD HAVE TO SLEEP in OUR CAR!
    • Nothing we weren¿t happy about. We read all directions and asked questions as needed. Very helpful staff!!
    • Room was 10 or so yards from a busy road. Stairs to second level. Noisy if adjacent rooms are occupied, or if cleaners were working. "Partial beach view" was really only 'partial ocean view'. Cross-ventilation limited by road noise and charcoal fumes.

The staff was on top of any request I made. Hotel employee both facilitated my additional days requested with concern and speed.

I did notice that some units need upgrading, since I stayed at two separate units.

I really loved the amenities that came with a studio apartment for a weeklong vacation and the nearby beach was absolutely amazing.

So beautiful place to stay, lovely staff, great size of the room and balcony!

The bed was extremely soft, so I rather slept on the sofa and my friend on yoga mat.

The upgrade of lighting and ceiling fans was good. A/C worked well. Comfortable bedding. Staff were cheerful and helped when needed.

We brought our own blender, smoothies! Have one in the kitchen.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Napili Village Hotel! The room was beautiful and very spacious; we loved our balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel was a short walk to the beach, and the room included two beach chairs for our use. We especially enjoyed the small touches that made our stay even better. I got water stuck in my ear and thankfully there was already hydrogen peroxide available in the bathroom, so kind! The pool was lovely and serene.

Our only complaint is that the stovetop burners were very underpowered, it took quite a while for us to cook a simple meal.

Clean, large room, central gathering place for group.

    10DanielPosted on: 8-14-2025

it's in a great location and very very clean. the staff are also amazing. the rooms have fully stocked kitchens and are spacious. not having to wait for an elevator is big plus. the grounds are also beautiful with stunning mature tropical plants. parking is super easy and included. cherry on top: listening to the waves from my bed. looks better than the pictures irl.

no electric kettles in the kitchen and no hot tub. it's right on a busy road so it can be noisy at times but that's also a plus for getting places easily.

Small, cozy hotel. Rooms were very clean and kitchen was very well equipped. Nice garden setting and the pool was just right. Located just minutes from the beach.
