Paper thin walls could hear complete conversations TV Music toilets' flushing-- from adjoining rooms and across the hall-- No sound sleep what so ever-- have to keep my voice to a whisper- very expensive hotel bad time waste of money

The location is great. Views amazing.

The bed was the most uncomfortable ever. Didn't sleep well at all, the couch was more comfortable. The bed was so soft it consumed us, less than 3hrs of sleep per night.

Prime location, great staff, clean rooms, all the amenities you would want.

No-- this hotel will be the only place I stay in Maui!

Location

Location is amazing. That view from the lobby and our room-wow! Great to be 4 minutes from town and plenty of places to eat and shop and activities.

Pillows were flat and could have used a little more housekeeping visits.

I was suppose to get 30% off snd I did not get that

Beautiful beach to its back, and lovely Mountain View’s to its front. Nearby is the main Lahaina street, full of shops, restaurants and the bus stop. Next door is a bar and a little alcove with food options and water sports hire/lessons (I did surfing!) There is also an activity desk in the lobby, and the free postcards etc were a nice touch.

The pool and jacuzzi were shut because of painting. I didn’t mind (the beach is right there) but they told me after I had booked with no refund available (although I did get a discount). It didn’t matter to me, but those hoping for those amenities might have been disappointed. A member of staff also seemed to struggle with English on the phone.

The room was great with a full kitchen. Beautiful views and balcony. The staff was great. Excellent location for shopping, food and excursions

The location was great, just to the south of the main strip but close enough to walk to the main shops etc.

It isn’t a secure building so anyone can walk in and go up in the lifts without staying there.

I liked that placeThey have all facilities I needed and staff was very nice

Sometimes I felt they are not changing hot tub water

Beach, view and location.

The rooms had cockroaches. We have been coming back to this hotel for the last 10 years but this year for the first time we saw cockroaches in the room. They were in the kitchen, bathroom and in the bed!!! We woke up at 3am because one was walking over my wife hand!!! They are doing pest control every 3 months but maybe they should do it more often. Maybe it's because they clean rooms only every 3 days and should more often? They should fix it. We didn't get a chance to change a room for few days since we reported cockroaches and pest control came after 4 days. After pest control and spraying, we saw less of them but still there wasn't a day without seeing at least one in the room. Stuff didn't even apologize for not being able to fix it, didn't offer a discount, nothing, like they would expect it's normal in this hotel.If you are coming to Lahaina shores, make sure you buy your own Raid Max and keep your luggage closed at all times if you don't want to bring them home with you. :/

I loved that it was right on the ocean! I also loved all of the wonderful shops that are located next door. I was not happy they didn’t have a restaurant or any other amenities but the neighboring shops made up for that! Betty’s was amazing! All of the surf, paddle and kayaking shops are amazing too!

I didn’t like that there are no amenities.

The rooms and grounds were very clean and comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Very comfortable, well appointed rooms right on the shorefront. 10mins walk into Lahaina but pub and eateries next door. Staff super nice. Carpark easy to use and always space. Lovely balcony to eat breakfast and watch whales and turtles from.

If it had a cocktail bar that would be good !

We enjoyed the completely unobstructed ocean view from our room, walking out onto a calm beach, listening to the waves at night, walking into town for restaurants, the option to stay in and cook for ourselves...

Other than some of the parking spots being a little tricky and small because of the large yellow posts... nothing really stands out.

The facilities and location were amazing! Friendly staff, and so welcoming too.

We liked everything up until the last night. We were going to leave the hotel early the next day before 6. At 3 the day before the man at the reception desk told me where to move my car and park. Leave the garage fab at the front desk before 10 pm. I moved our car where the person at the desk told us to move the car and when I brought the parking garage fab to the desk at 6 pm (3 hrs later) after being told where to park our car for the night and early departure there was another Person at the desk that told me I couldn’t park where I was instructed to park as there were to many jeeps. Needless to say I was ticked. I had to move my car back to the garage. The person at the desk did not handle the situation in a good manner for the big inconvenience it was to do all the car moving. When I walked thru the lobby after moving my car he said “sorry” in a very not sorry tone. I just kept walking to the elevator. Ok at 1 am we got awoke by a wake up telephone call from the hotel. We didn’t get a good night sleep after that.

Have better people at the front desk.
