Great location and service.

Noise from the street early in the morning.

Enjoyed the location and view of this hotel. Room was cool, clean and perfect for our holiday.

Clean room, very well-maintained facility overall. Professional, friendly and super responsive staff. Convenient location. Architecture of the room was nice, with lots of space in a large bathroom, separated from the bedroom area.

Great location, comfortable bed, big balcony. Very polite and professional staff. Loved the drinks and the bartender, who gave us great tips about restaurants to try for dinner. Great experience.

There was a problem with the hot water in the first night. But it was fixed the next day.

The location is amazing. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel is located at the popular touristy area of Waikiki. The room was big with a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The washroom was very clean and bigI could keep my luggages and roam around which every hotels provide so nothing special.

They could not give me an early check in which I did-not like. The room was available I am very sure about it but they did not give me. Another thing is you need to stand in line to check in. Like I stood in the line when I arrived two hours early showed my ids and everything but when it was the time of check in I had to wait in line show ids again give credit card details. It was a hassle. The girl in the check in counter was slow and the manager was just standing behind the girl. I mean he is the manager he could have helped the line up since everyone is waiting for a room. Customer service is poor. The need to learn proper hospitality. Hilton collaborated with this small company and they are not doing the job properly.Housekeeping will only start after 2 nights of check in. I stayed only 2 nights so there was no one to clean the room. I could get towels and toiletries if needed but housekeeping should be everyday. They gave complimentary non alcoholic refreshment drink but they set a time for that which I did not like only between 4-5 pm. Moreover the options for the complimentary drink was very limited.

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable Room.

It was a great experience. The room itself was clean and pretty. And has a good view. Very accessible too to Waikiki Beach.
