Drains in room clogged, stains on sheets, outdated, ac system was clogged with dust.

Staff and management were rude, disrespectful, and unapologetic for the false advertising.

They advertised a pool that was closed and not working. The AC unit in the room was rusted. The comforter was dirty, and the room Snelled.

The ladies at the front desk were really great. That is the only thing I liked about this hotel.

It was filthy. The room smelled awful. The sheets had stains on them. The towels were not clean. There were holes in the walls. Absolutely disgusting. And your customer service department did NOTHING to remedy this horrible experience.

First room key didn¿t work. Had to go back and get another key. Got into our room and it smelled like smoke even though we asked for non smoking. Got a different room and that room key didn¿t work. Had to go back and get e second key. Unpleasant attenda

Should tell you that it is located near train tracks and the train runs and blares it¿s horn at 1:30 am . Every morning. The hotel was not full and I could have been given a room on the other side of the hotel. The hotel advertised free ¿¿ . None given

The bathroom shower area was filthy, did not even feel like I could take a shower. Never took shoes off because the carpet seemed dirty. Went to breakfast and door to office and breakfast was locked. Dark and no one came to the door. Extremely loud!!

Location

First staff was not friendly at all. 2nd they claimed that there was free breakfast. They claim because of Covid virus they closed the eating area, lobby and pool. I have been at other hotel and they offered breakfast. Very disappointed.

It was filthy dirty , smelled awful and was noisy. I went to the manager to complain about 2 party's that were going on below us! They were too intimidated by the noise makers. I want my money back!! Stuart Boynton

flies. stained washcloth. scratchy towels. staff appeared overwhelmed. price for room was awful; only worth about half of what was paid. will not stay here again.

No wash cloths in room, food was bad at brekfast, staff didn't seem to care if we were there or not.ice machine was broken, sheets were stained, room had an odd odor.

Reasonably priced

Noisy. Staff was a little harried, but still able to accommodate us. All well within our expectations of the price range.

The location was convenient for me.

I got charge an extra $100 for the deposit after leaving, after paying an initial $100. The guy working at the desk when I visited at 3pm was immature, and one of the cleaning staff members were as well.

The staff was friendly and spoke with a kind smile. The room was roomly and very clean.

The staff was friendly and was helpful so I thought. We had booked two nights and had an emergency and had to cancel one night and we gave a days' notice and was told they would credit our account. Our account actually showed the credit for a few hours but then went away? So, I was a little confused on that one.

The hotel is in a sketchy part of town, I would not recommend staying with your family, if it's just you maybe. We will not be back.

Breakfast was not good, only got 2 towels for our entire stay

I like how it was secluded area away from the road not a lot of traffic very quiet. And the TV had all of the movie channels like HBO and stars which was really nice.

The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room that was a big issue for me because I had no internet access unless I used my own data. I feel like I paid for Wi-Fi that I wasn't getting. No one came to the room after our two night stay to see if we needed towels or the trash taken out or fresh sheets. When I booked the room I was charged $119. I figured they would be some taxes included in it but when I looked at my bank account it said I was charged $205 for the room. I knew there would be some taxes but I didn't think it would be almost $80 extra so I won't be booking there ever again. Just really disappointing
