Beds are super comfortable, the rooms are very clean the staff made sure we had everything we needed

Curtains did not give enough privacy

Had to park on other side of hotel. Not a ton of parking.

Hotel staff were very nice. Clean hotel, safe parking lot, well lighted.

Oil all over the bathroom floor. I cleaned it up with a wash cloth. Weird.

Loved the price the staff the room and even breakfast was pretty darn good too..??

Not really all was amazing

The room was very clean, but because of the closed door and the AC being off, there was a slight smell. This went away after having the door opened for a few minutes. When I told the receptionist, he was very understanding and explained why.

It was good to stay there. We would stay there again.

Bath tub was dirty ( dirt ring around tub and soap scum on tub walls) door handles and light switches were filthy, thankfully I bring my own cleaning supplies

Front desk staff was not pleasant, charged of $100 security fee not disclosed on booking site, room had a musty odor like it has been wet and is moldy, matress was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Quality of breakfast was poor

I loved the housekeeping staff. They were so nice and Angel and Sydney was the BEST staff everrrrrrr. They made our stayed comfortable and amazing. The entire hotel was clean from outside to the inside

Didn't discover there was a $100 deposit, no cash accepted until upon arrival. And if credit card is used for deposit it will take up to 10 days to be reimbursed.

The cost of deposit was more than room cost ,and I didn't understand due to the fact it was a smoking room,and me being a gold member..

There were some kind of black debris on the bed which made it appear to not have been cleaned. I was too tired to get someone to clean it up. I'm in a hotel 4 nights a week and this one was the worst.

The sheets, floors and bathroom was dirty. Blood on front door. Blood splatters on clothes hanging area. Hole in bathtub and black hand print stains all over tub. Also handicap swimming pool chair didnt work. The rails going into pool was loose,unsafe.

Super friendly staff. Great value for the price, and exceeded expectations for a quality inn.

Rooms are A little noisy on front side because it faces the highway and the neighboring restaurants.

Clean room.

Staff interactions were incredibly bad. Man at counter couldn't work computer appropriately. Called boss. Cursing each other over the phone in my presence. Still a 30 to 45 minute check in. Then had to be called back to office.

Smoke free room but was right next to a smoking room. Horrible! Recommend just not by a smoking room.

we got a surprise this room was awesome clean smell nice no Overpowering cleaning or perfume smell.. The desk clerk was very nice Best experience I've had in a long time Definitely one places to come back to when I'm passing through Villa Rica Georgia.

Said they had a pool I was looking forward to Sun in Cool water

They never cleaned or shocked their pool with chemicals this season no pool for travelers
