- The manager of the hotel was awful. She had no customer service skills and no concern. She suggested cancelling our reservation and kicking us out. She told us the hotel?s guarantee ?doesn?t apply to you.?
- Room service never showed up to our room to clean it. The staff was extremely rude, when we asked for clean towels the guy at the front desk rolled his eyes at us. Never again will I stay here.
- first room the toilet did not work, had to switch rooms and they could not make a key for that room. so, someone had to stay in the room.
