I like how close it is to the hospital.
The front desk lady was very rude. I never received housekeeping. I continuously had to go to the front desk for toilet paper, sheets and towels because housekeeping never serviced my room within the 8 weeks of being a guest here.
Ease of access to get from car to room. Everything else was horrible.
Staff was incompetent and unable to find the registration, even when provided a confirmation number and showing receipt of payment. The rooms were disgustingly dirty, visible dirt on bathroom floors and walls, and shower curtain molded.
Leaving it.
It was the dirtiest place I've ever been. The room had not been cleaned. There was someone else used soap and shampoo still in the shower and a turf in the toilet! Bed bugs and hair on the bed.
Location to our travel route.
When I checked in, the clerk tried to change my room to a smoking room and a single bed. He seemed put off when I told him what I had reserved. The pictures for it did not match the actual locations appearance.
We booked this hotel as an emergency option due to the passing of Hurricane Matthew. We did not want to wait-out the hurricane in Orlando and all hotels through Florida West Coast up to this area were completely full. It met our emergency needs.
The neighborhood is kind of shady, but we were using it only to sleep. We have friends in the area which we took the opportunity to visit. Personnel we interacted with was respectful and helpful. Room was clean and A/C worked perfectly fine.
better than I expected rough neighborhood, but a decent hotel, especially for the price.
Nice and quiet
