Quality Inn Toccoa

Was unable to stay at this location. The front door was locked and nobody was working the desk. We called the front desk 8 different times and stood outside for 30 minutes waiting on someone to check us in. We ended up finding a hotel for -----

Nobody at front desk. There was a stripped car in parking lot that was burnt all the way to the frame.

The staff is friendly. But they did switch our room.

First room bed sheets was dirty and sink was dirty. The whole hotel need a deep cleaning . No Ice machine . They give our old room which was dirty to other guest when there was plenty of rooms.

Bed was good

Dirty, Run down, poor service, lobby locked and closed at 8 pm broken fixtures

Staff at the front desk did offer to refund my credit card

No breakfast Pool was closed/filled with green algae water Ice machine broken. I walked a block to buy ice. Ground floor room by parking lot-curtains didn't close-I used my hairclips to fasten it shut/Door safety latch was broken/NO PHONE in room. I left.

Hotel was closed although they claim to be 24/7 therefore I was unable to check in

It was clean and quiet

The housekeeper is the rudest person I¿ve ever dealt with! She screamed at me several times. Complaining about her job, and she needed us out of the room, that she had to leave by a certain time, Although our confirmation said 12:00 noon check out.

After looking at the room we asked the clerk where the refrigerator was. He said there wasn't one. We said the information said there was one. He said all he can do is give us our money back. This rates as the worst room we have ever viewed.

I checked into this hotel because i wanted to relax by the pool and it was closed with no water ugh. I wiped down the desk that i ate off of in the room and the hand towel was very dirt after wiping . Electrical wire was hanging out under the ac unit.

The 6ft pool only had two feet of water in it that was brown like coffee. The stairs were almost rusted out. The clerk at the front desk told us that only one of the three cleaning lady showed up so our room wouldn't be available till 6. The volume on the

Rm#117.Molds in the bathroom. Microwave, phone, remote not working. No coffee maker in rooms, not even in the dining area (except in the morning, I guess). Front desk was dressed up like she's in her house;loose tie dye shirt with sweat pants and slides.

arrived at hotel around 11:15 pm and was not able to check in they had no one in office lights were off it was locked when I called office from my phone nobody answered waited about 20minutes and was told office closes at 11 paided for another hotel

Room dirty, mold on ceiling in bathroom...thick dust everywhere,smelled,rust on fixtures 8n bathroom,drawer fell apart when I pulled it out,staff was VERY in professional.we asked for another room and staff acted as if we were bothering them..terrible exp

The staff was nice.

Cleanliness not clean at all. Holes in the walls,told the girl up front and she said they new about it. Also the cleaning person said the holes have been their. But when I checked out I talked to the new manager and she said she was hired to straighten up

it was filthy, stained sheets and towels, loud people outside, no dead bolt lock, horribly uncomfortable bed, no do not disturb signs to keep out housekeeping, bathroom gross, had other people's hair, and dirty black marks all over tub,no water pressure

It's pretty much in the center of Toccoa. Very convenient.

For the type of hotel and rooms, the price is about $--e tooxpensive. The room is fine, but the price is not. It's July and the pool isn't working. Broken TV.

Absolutely disgusting. There were flies in the room, it stank and don’t even mention the bathroom. I couldn’t sleep so I took a nap on top of my husband. Wasted money. I’d prefer to have slept In our car had I know how nasty I’d be. NEVER STAYING

Nothing !!!!

First of all it looked like a 15 yr old running the desk Second of all she gave us a room that was already occupied.... Good way to get shot busting in on people 3rd we had a nasty bed with one pillow for a king size bed .. Really... Many more .......

Price and location

3rd time we have stayed here, will not do it again. Had 3 different rooms this stay. Not very clean. Broken curtains and toilet. No shower curtain and multiple recoding of keys. Not all amenities in every room. No hair dryer or microwave.

It was close to all locations.

The tv didn't work no one fixed or tried to move my room. I kept receiving the excuse that new management just took over the location.
