Staff makes you feel at home. Special acknowledgement to at the front desk. She is professional, empathetic and just extremely helpful.

The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. And the coffee station was well stocked.

I didn’t like the fact that the blackout shades weren’t working and when I told front desk they said the light one was black out; however, when I checked other rooms from outside you could see into the room at night. The roll aways need new mattresses.

Rooms, Lobby, hallways were very very clean and neat.

There were no disposable cups or glasses in the room. My mother needed to take meds. We arrived at 1:10 or so and denied early checkin. I explained that my 93 year old Mom needed to rest. We were rudely told "NO", checkin at 3:00. Rooms were available.

Room size

Roaches. One got into my food while I left room. Reported to front desk, wasn't offered another room or have room comped or reimbursement for my food.

Staff was friendly and location was convenient.

Roaches were crawling inside the storage cabinet that houses the refrigerator.

The TV Channel was defaulted to Fox News Channel, why? If this is the hotel culture guest must be advised.

It was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a great breakfast . Free. Newspaper. No problems with lights or tv. Price was great

the night stand attached to the wall fell off!it came crashing down and scratched and bruised my hand.they had no rooms available to switch.we were supposed to get at least a portion comped,a large discount or certificate for a future stay. didn't receiv

Very clean and very courteous staff

Friendly staff, clean room and clean hotel, good breakfast, nice pool.

Needs weights not just cardio in weight room, hot tub should have been hotter, sauna didn't work.

We stayed here because of no water or electricity at home as a result of a hurricane. The staff was amazing! The breakfast was great! It was a bad situation for us but their kindness made it a lot better!

The hotel was clean and quiet even though it was full, and the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the server was excellent about keeping fresh, warm food on the buffet. Great stay!

All ammenities were better than average except for the television.

The TV in our room was nearly useless. For some reason it took an inordinate amount of time to go from one chanel to another (in sequence). Nearly impossible to change channels using the number key pad. The TV guide left in the room was useless.
