It was convenient to our visit with family.

Yes, they advertised having a pool but it was empty and not in use.

Clean up needles in the bathrooms. My small child brought it to my attention. Front desk said she would have a word with someone. Never disposed of it. Blankets have black chare marks. And the toilet seat also is black melted and definitely needs fixing.

Dirty. Bugs. Some of the staff members don't speak. Literally. 6am breakfast not open even after 7am.

It was in the city i was trying to stay in. Only a couple hotels there.

Roaches. Dated. Dark. Felt like a sleazy motel. We checked out 2 days early.

Convenient to travel location

Dirty; multiple burn holes in bedding sheets; ripped bedding; smoke odor in non-smoking room.

They advertise free breakfast but at 8:3am there was nothing. The staff say oh sorry we thought everyone left. When checking out we spoke with the manager and he said they only have bananas and coffee but in 2 weeks they cereal I was appalled!!

Location in Thomaston is good. One - two part time staff members were helpful and kind.

Although part time staff were helpful, management is unfriendly. I had no major issue, nor dispute with this hotel! their ownership and staff were Simply Unhelpful and Unfriendly. They provided the LOWEST & LEAST possible (acceptable) level of service.

The breakfast is not included as advertised. The non-smoking rooms stink and I changed to a second room. Little less cigarette smell but still there. Very dirty rug

It was loud all night long. People doing drive on the steps and trash all over outside. Cigarettes burns in the blankets and mold in the shower.

Water leak in our room. The floor was soaked the whole time. Talked to front deck. And nothing was done

The front desk staff keep play the Facebook, not nice the service, the pillows not clear, the table light not work, overall not good experience

Noisey, looks like a live-in place. I was checking this hotel out to possibly bring my family. Patrons argueing, too active for relaxation, & lied about the breakfast. This isn't a family worthy hotel.

I loved that i was a late check in and the staff was very friendly and accomadating so that I didnt have to worry about not having a room to sleep in.

There were just some minor cosmetic issues with the room. The tub drain didn't work properly. The tub handicap handlebar was broken.

Unhelpful, Unkind, Unclean, Garbage hotel.

Front desk services find me another hotel quickly!

No smoking room available

Staff was super sweet!! Room was pretty clean (could use a little wipe down around the edges) and really large! Bed was comfy!! Close to job site, food, Walmart, dollar general, everything was easily accessible!

Roaches in my room. I did not receive the room I reserved. I reserved a king non smoking room more than 30 days before I arrived and when I arrived I was told I would either have to take a king smoking or a double bed room. The price was too high for the low quality room I received.
