Quality Inn Thomaston

The staff were very courteous.

The room had several electrical outlets that did not work. The areas around the refrigerator were very dirty. The room was very outdated. Carpet needed replacing. The breakfast - no coffee, the machine did not work, not any hot food other than waffles.

Close to restaurants and whatever shopping is available in this small Town. Air conditioning and hot water were excellent. Bed and pillows were comfy. Wifi was good. Tv had more channels than most hotels. Very good!

The bathtub was super deep and had jets! There was super hot hot water, and most of the staff was great.

Well, there are roaches in the room. And the wifi never would work and it is in a hole for cell service. Our phones never would work throughout our stay. The night office lady could only tell me "oh I dunno about that, you'll have to wait for morning."

Location, cleanliness, price

Felt a little unsafe - the doors seems easy to enter, Commodes are too low

It wasn’t the cleanest place. There was a fair amount of marijuana smoking going on and that was disturbing

The front clerk was friendly and checked us in fast.

The carpets floors have spots and stains, walls has hand prints and restroom walls was dirty. But the trash was empty in all the cans and the bed linings was semi cleaned. Me and my wife was very disappointed for the price.

Convenient unloading/loading luggage

Large spider webs in most corners. These are easy to remove, but were obviously overlooked for a long time. YIKES!!

Staff were friendly; breakfast was varied.

The carpet was old and could use replacing. Same with the toilet.

The free breakfast was pretty nice. Blueberry waffles, biscuits, sausage gravy, and eggs. The A/C will keep you frosty at night too!

Made reservations for a King/Non-Smoking room. Walked in the room and it smelled like wintergreen cover-up spray. Asked the receptionist and she said that was a smoking room. We were changed to a Double bed/Non-Smoking. The frig didn't work in that room.

This motel has got to be the nicest in Thomaston.. location is good- rooms are nice....staff is ok but not too friendly

I didn't like the pool closing at 9:00pm...it was barely dark and the kids wanted to stay!!!

We like the location and price. The hotel is decent compared to other hotels in the area.

The room smelled stuffy. The carpet needs cleaning or replace.

The room was affordable, had free wifi and some good stations on the TV. Was near shopping and restaurants.

First staff met was surly and unhelpful. Pool was small and uninviting, especially for this level hotel.

The first room 216 was dirty, asked for clean sheets, they bought us sheets with bed bugs, there was a family reunion so there 30 kids in the small pool and the reunion was allowed to hang out in the parking lot till 1am making noise, hot no rest at all!

Decent breakfast.

Noisy (too close to highway), wireless internet didn't work, staff indifferent. Several things were wrong with the room: phone didn't work, bulb burned out in lamp, mattresses worn out.

Location

Jimmy dean frozen, microwaveable breakfast. (Box was visable next to garbage can), bugs in room, nasty carpet, gross stuff on walls, hair in sink drain, etc. Felt like I needed another shower after I checked out.

The breakfast was pretty good.

First, this is a motel, not a hotel. The room doors open to the outside. The walls of the room were dirty. There were spider webs (huge ones) on the outside of the building, including one outside my room door. I was very disappointed in this place!
