Location and cleanliness and staff love this hotel

The outdoor seating area was nice. The room was a nice size.

Water pressure in the shower wasn't great and the tub was slow to drain

We needed a room for 5. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. The shower was good. Beds comfortable. Hot breakfast.

The hotel seemed to be clean! Our room had a stain in the carpet and a stain on the couch, but not something that concerned me. The breakfast was so organized and clean. It is your typical continental breakfast.

The pillows were small squares, not a standard pillow shape.

Breakfast was good as well as the front desk clerk.

Housekeeping open our room door twice instead of waiting until we checkout.

Did not give what was agreed upon. Acted like it was my fault spoke of other guess needs. We Should of received a portion of our bill cut or offered a free stay in the future if traveling again. They Did NOTHING to RECTIFY THE SITUATION .

Bed was very comfortable, shower head was great, and room was spacious enough. Friendly staff, coffee and lemon water available 24/7. I would definitely stay again.

Wasn't a deal-breaker; however, the hallways and elevator were always too warm.

I was in an area with lots of options for food options, shopping and convenience to highway.

Noises. People on the patio (I think staff members) right below my room yelling at midnight woke me up. Tried to call the front desk and no one answered. Didn¿t get much sleep.

Room was not cleaned thoroughly, some staff was unfriendly, and had terrible attitudes.

Location and the restaurants in the area. The front desk worker was very friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty and needs to be upgraded, the A/C wouldn't turn off and the knobs on the vents were broken, the walls were dirty, the ceiling was cracked, the curtains were torn. It was a very nasty hotel and I wouldn't stay here again.

The location is convenient and close to alot of stores and restaurants.

Upon checkout the hotel desk clerk did not greet or offer a receipt. Just kept her head down while watching something. She was not attentive at all. Very poor customer service.

Room was dirty! Hair in the shower and on the floor disgusting !

The staff was very courteous and professional. Although, I  was suppose to check out on 7/6, hotel employee was able to extend my stay for an extra day in the same room which was very helpful to me.

Location

We were assigned a unclean room.Then we were placed in another room, about three hours later another gentleman open the door and stated he was assigned to the room. Our keys were deactivated without our knowledge. Breakfast could have restocked more often
