The friendliness of all the workers. Their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. Some of them, especially make you feel better than family.

Just the coffee pot, didn't work and they exchanged it and the next one was having some issues but maybe God was telling me not have coffee. They still tried to accommodate.

Location, price, spacious rooms and storage, breakfast options, ample parking on a Friday night. Staff was amazing during check-in/out and in between. Bathroom, bedding, floors, and carpets were clean.

Found a pair of mens' boxer briefs and a comb from previous guests in the room after we had unpacked. Doors do not have hydraulic hinges and slam loudly. At this price just outside Atlanta, I'm happy that's the only negatives to report.

Distance to highway. Hotel employee at the front desk has STELLAR customer service.

Room cleanliness did not match the Mariott name. Dead bug stains on the walls in the room and bathroom. Loose hair in the bathroom. The reason I chose this over the Holiday Inn was for the hot tub which was empty and the pool looked murky. Disappointing.

Reliable service, although amenities, breakfast items and wifi (could never log on) varied from the three locations I stayed in during this trip. All that aside, I find this brand from Marriott comfortable, clean, and safe, with a diverse clientele.

The wifi was not possible to log onto. For some reason, there was a wet washcloth hanging on the shower nozzle and there was no shampoo in the shower dispenser.

Location and Staff were excellent

The bathroom in the room wasn't the best. The tub drained slow when showering and the toilet paper holder was broken off of the wall.

Breakfast options and beds were comfortable.

Hotel staff were not helpful when I had an issue. Manager was nasty and made excuses for why rules were being broken. Housekeeping just walks in your room without knocking or announcing themselves. Make sure you keep you deadbolts on.

The hotel on the whole was very good. The beds and pillows very very comfortable and the towels and bedding were very clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

It looked like it needed some refreshing of decoration in the next year of so but it looks like they were keeping up with maintenance. The breakfast had 'commercial' ready made egg and bacon flans which I didn't like. I preferred the breakfast at the Inn.

It was very clean and the breakfast was good. Literally everything else was awful.

Window was cracked open and we couldn't close it. Cold wind came in all night along with all the traffic sounds. It was so loud. Thermostat didn't work so we couldn't get warm. Ran shower for 20 min before we got warm water. Staff rude when we told them.

Clean hotel, nice staff, location is good for us.

I liked the location.

My check in was done by a person wearing a security vest, it took over an hour. Loud music woke me up at 3 am. A false fire alarm, with no apologies from management at 4 am on the second night No security on dark parking lot. Bad bag breakfast.

Very clean. And kept to Covid regulations.

They double charged my card and told me after the fact I had already paid for the room

I like the friendly and helpful staff there. I also like the hotel cleanliness and location. I don't know why this hotel rating is only 2.5 when it appears to me to be at least a 3 star.

The hotel was clean , I did not ask for a handy cap room ... I needed a double room.

I did not like being told I had a king bed not a double like asked and then it was a handy cap king room. Very not satisfied will not us this sight again nore Fairfield Inns

It was clean,very nice updates within the hotel, the staff was efficient, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast staff was impressive. We were very happy! And it was a great price. Thanks

Location, convenience to local restaurants, highways and to and fro airport no traffic. A very quiet location inside and outside. Beds were very comfortable, was able to sleep in peace. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the facility clean.

My only complaint is star level is too low. Needs to be a 4 not a 2 1/2
