The staff was friendly.

I don't like the idea of a community microwave. The microwave was fifty. Its seem as though it haven't been clean in days. This is very unsanitary.

The room-darkening blind in our room was stuck leaving about 2 feet at the bottom of a large window exposed. We reported the problem, but it was never addressed. So, our privacy was compromised. I expected better.

Hotel employee was very friendly with a wonderful smile& really made us feel most welcome upon our arrival, checking on us multiple times throughout our stay to assure we we’re comfortable. After a long drive she was understanding of our needs and considerate.

The hotel was having computer issues I prepaid for my room and their system showed I owed a balance. The incident hold was on my credit card 3 times. The staff was kept apologizing they were very nice. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay.

Terrible traffic noise from I75 made sleep impossible. Hotel should have used better soundproofing during construction. Also- while I appreciated the well designed aspects of the room, it felt really small. Felt like we were staying in a dorm room.

Good lighting, enough pillows, enough electrical outlets, handy water dispenser.Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Need a night lite in the bathroom.

Tru by Hilton…. How dare you?!… How dare you have such an astonishing establishment?! How dare you have pillows so soft as if my head was lying on a cloud?! How dare you have a well kept, well lit establishment in Stockbridge?! How dare you have a room that’s spotless and staff that are extremely friendly?! How dare you hire someone like Dan?! Dan is internally built with customer service to the core! How dare you hire him?! Dan is always smiling and willing to help! Very welcoming at that! Tru, how dare you?! My experience was a 100/100 and I would recommend this property to everyone! This was my second stay!

Fully stocked and clean room. Very comfortable and spacious

I had to let the shower run a few minutes for hot water to come …literally it was like 5-10 minutes. The people above me were making loud stomps and noises and I think the hotel should be more aware of noises or commotions whit hun the premises. I was given a single bedroom when I checked in when i specifically asked for 2 beds when I called twice before arriving….so communication lacked a little but it was all resolved.

Your front desk workers! Both the guy when I arrived and the woman that checked me out were so sweet, kind, and helpful. So was the woman monitoring breakfast and ensuring all guests stayed hygienic when getting serving ourselves breakfast. That alone made this a great place to stay.

There isn’t a pool…but I knew that already so it doesn’t truly count. lol

It was nice and well taken care of.

The bed was atrocious!! I had a back ache and I had to get a mattress topper to even be able to function the next day!
