Floors dirty, shower curtain too....... small for curtain rod style, water got everywhere, had to keep adjusting curtain to no avail. Smoke everywhere and loud guests

Nothing I book the room for 2 night and it was dirty and nasty I heng up leaving the next day

roach infestation. unchecked infestation! the only way I was able to sleep was that I keep a can of Raid in my vehicle in case of encountering such a situation. this can was unused, and I ended up nearly emptying it in the room!

Bedbugs, dirty, smoke smelling

Girl at front desk very unfriendly. Iron burn on wood floor. Vinyl chair coming apart. Roach on floor near fridge at night. Have pics to show. Very dissatisfied.

The room was not clean. There were burn stains in the sheets. Hand prints on the headboard. Brown stains on the comforter and the bath tub was dirty. But it's to be expected for the price I paid.

Good Location

The entire floor that we were on smelled terribly from smoking. The clerk told me that the smoking rooms started right next to our room which was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. The room also had dust throughout. Very disappointed.

The staff was friendly

The shower rod was broken and we were not able to take a shower without wetting entire floor

I enjoyed that it was right off the highway and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

There were roaches, and I can¿t prove this but I¿m pretty sure there was some pay to play action going on in the room adjacent to mine.

The room was nice. It looked clean even though it didn't smell fresh. Customer service desk help was great. He let me change room with no problem because I wanted one on the first floor.

The WiFi was horrible. Somebody in one of the rooms close to me had their t.v up so loud at 3 a.m. and slamming drawers.

the lobby is nice, and the staff was great.

The room was dirty and there were holes in the blanket. Upgraded room for the second night and had a better experience. that being said the upgrade was 175.00 For another 175 i could have stayed at the ritz.

Pet Friendly with on site laundry room.

Older hotel with lots of wear and tear.

Poor maintenance, Packing tape stapled around connecting door, poor paint job, refrigerator door would not open completely as it was jammed against desk. Ice machine not working, other on had black chips in ice. Very noisy. Dirt on top of baseboards, m

It met all of our basic needs

It could have been cleaned a bit better. The bedspread had spots all over it. Drips down the side of a dresser were missed.

Convenience to freeways. Easy access to Atalanta, tourist sites, Stone Mountain etc. Very nice family restaraunt across the street, O'Charley's. Walgreens, restaraunts close by. Staff very helpful. Cleaning staff very accomodating.

This is not a hotel you would stay at for the ambiance/scenery. It is right behind a gas station and next to the highway. Also, they still allow smoking in the hotel and the hallways reek a bit.

Staff was friendly

Room had a wet smell. The toilet didnt work well. The wifi keep going out.

The hotel manager was an exceptional person, very professional, yet very courteous. A people person with attention to detail. a great asset to Red Roof Inn. The Cleaning Personnel were very courteous also.

The Breakfast area could offer a bit more
