I like the convenience right off the highway and that your bar was open till 10

Most of your staff was drinking on their shifts, which was a little out of control, doing shots and drinking tequila

There was no Airport Shuttle but on your website it is indicated Airport shuttle… so you need to correct that. The rest is nice

Room was clean front desk was friendly.

Room has a microwave that didn't work, tv also didn't work, fridge was not cooling and sink stopped up. I was told maintenance would come up but they never did.

The staff was super slow getting our room key, then when we finally got to our room, the key didn't work. There was a family reunion going on in the lobby that was super loud. The room was dirty. Toilet continously ran.

Overall the hotel was fine for the time needed, but the room did have stuffy smell to it when you first walked in, water did not get hot and bathroom walls needed to be wiped down/cleaned. Other then that the stay was fine

The elavators wasnt working which was a problem because my room was on the fourth floor and had to use the stairs

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. It was very clean

The water in the shower barely got warm

This was the second hotel of the night. the 1st hotel wasnt clean very dirty.. so my family was very happy to see a clean hotel to sleep in,, during there travels.

CLEAN LOBBY

NO HOT TUB AS ADVERTISED. VERY POOR FOOD QUALITY AND SERVICE. STAFF WAS NOT ABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND VERY POOR OPERATIONAL KNOWLEDGE.

The only positive was that it was near the interstate.

The rooms are old and carpet dingy. The beds were just so-so. The breakfast was so expensive that we preferred to go to Chick Fil A down the street for breakfast. The outside parking lot was littered with trash. A Holiday Inn Express is nicer.

The desk clerk was friendly.

I was awaken in the middle of the night thinking I was having an allergic reaction from the soap, but instead found a bed bug crawling on the blanket. There were also small bedbugs crawling on my husband¿s bed as well. I have itchy bumps all over.

Rooms are nice, tv was a bit confusing.

When the air conditioning would start running there was a very loud rattling sound, woke me up several times throughout the night. I reported this to the clerk when I checked out . Had free coffee options in the lobby, but no hot water for tea.

It was tricky to find it; it's behind Lowes, not indication of Hotel. 2 Queen beds; clean, quiet; Good warm breakfast (a plus). Super slow check in more than 45 min. They said system fell. Only got 3 breakfast passes paid for 4. We'll Recommended

Mainly the check in; Super slow. Seems like something was wrong but not explanation given just wait. Not southern friendly style.
