Clean, quiet room

Ongoing noisy construction on first level

It was very clean and smelled good

Very Clean a little pricey but not too bad. Lots of places to eat and shop close by.

Did not clean the room; was told that we had to request room service when checking in. We were not informed of this policy.

The location and staff. Very easy to get to and the staff is so friendly. The best southern hospitality ever. Truly worth the trip.

Needs to upgrade with technology. Rooms need USB connections in lamps or clock. Also bathrooms need to upgrade to a larger toilets.

I need a refund from my stay. The customer service was horrible and I did not have hot water since I checked in the hotel. I was not able to take a shower

staff was not experinced enough to handle simple trouble like tv not working. said there was 11 more rooms available, but cold not change out tv or room change , had to wait til tomorrow

My plane was cancelled. I could not get to Atlanta. I called for refund and it was denied. Pure disaster with no help!

No one cared about my issue

It was right off the highway and convenient to get to while traveling.

Yes,our room was filthy! There was old vomit on the chair in the corner. The top bedspread had splatter mark's on it (what I assume to be from the prior vomit situation) Luckily I had my own blankets in the car but I'll never stay at/ recommend this hotel

No toilet paper in room when I arrived and they never once gave me room service.

The elevator was shut down for a day and we had to walk up the stairs and down with our luggage.

Bad breakfast. Juice machine not working. Grounds in the coffee. Chicken sausage was very bland. Eggs were not quite done. No bisquits or gravy?

Room location. Next to the exit door. Banging closed till 11 pm. Blind wouldnt close at the bottom. Had to put pillows over the opening to keep out the light at sun up. I think the hotel may target booking.com customers? Have had leaking toilets etc. At other hotels also. Common denominator was booking.com for the reservation.
