Comfortable bed and lovely shower

The room smelled of cigarette smoke regardless of having the air conditioning on. There weren't any plastic shower caps available

No complaints. Room was comfortable and within my budget. Could not have beat it for the money that I paid.

The lighting could have been better.

Breakfast was Great. Pool area Clean.. lobby clean .. for the price .. amenities and location it was worth it.

Furniture a bit outdated but very spacious room.. long wait for elevator.. Definitely has to be updated.?

The breakfast was good for it being free, and I loved how friendly the staff was. I would definitely stay here again.

There weren't really any faults that i could find

A crackhead attacked us on our way into the hotel. The crackhead later damaged my SUV and the manager was very nonchalant and didn?t want to spend much time running the cameras back so we can have video footage for the police report

Room size and convenience of location of room.

Staff was uninformed about a service dog. As was management. They insisted I produce paperwork of registration. I have an obvious disability. They are not even to ask. Then when the clerk did not win the argument, I got the cold shoulder.

Spacious rooms clean gym breakfast

The breakfast was terrible and more continental than anything else in addition didn?t appear to be clean

Mold on the ceilings of more than one room in the shower on the first floor

Easy check in process staff was amazing pool area was clean rooms were clean just overall experience was exceptional

Old, stains on carpet, comforter and holes in comforter. Gross stuff stuck to the ceiling. We left the lights on all night to deter roaches. Breakfast was subpar. Avoid this place at all cost!

I loved the hotel how clean it was

I didn¿t like they didn¿t have the room ready and they didn¿t put me in the room I paid for

Convenience off the highway while traveling.

Found what looked like a bed bug in the bathroom on a white towel in the morning. Not sure how it got there. Showed it to the staff at lobby desk. She looked at it and didn¿t really say anything. Check in staff very nice.

The location was where we needed to be.

We were told it was a 4 star, when we got there it was noted as a two. Did not get breakfast because it stopped at 9:00 and after flying all day we didn¿t get up till 8:30, so we missed it when we came down after showers.

The bed was comfortable. Never been able to take my dogs on vacation with me and I was able to do so and they got to stay with me in the hotel.

Where do I start? Got woke up at 3am by the people above us walking around slamming things and dropping things and the floor creeped loudly. Paid almost $--- plus $100 deposit and $40 for dogs but yet Saturday and Sunday no breakfast. There¿s more!!

Size of the suite.

Too many dogs in rooms barking. I expressed that I¿m allergic to DOG. Would have to wait on a empty elevator due to dogs on board. I had to carry Lysol spray and wear a mask very uncomfortable inside. No AC in elevator or in the lobby. No water pressure.

It was very clean and all the staff I encountered were nice and professional.

The water pressure left something to be desired and I was rather disappointed with the breakfast. There weren't any eggs and the coffee was completely watered down.

Nothing at all

Everything The place was awful Staff was so rude ! Pool was hardly open at all. Gym was closed The room smelled so bad ¿. It was so strong it gave me a headache ¿ Roach in the room! Creepy place

The location. The room was very large.

There was a constant smell in the room that smelled like mildew. The bathroom was very old and appliances looked rusted.

I didn't like that the top cover on the bed had white stains, the TV remote was nasty with yellow stuff on it, it was very noisy from the first day I arrived, so I asked to be moved and actually paid for another room just to be notified that I can't chang
