InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Snellville

Location

All guests were treated as extended stay even though just for weekend. Example, They had in room coffee maker, coffee for first day only, but no coffee cups. The cleaning lady who lives onsite does not allow guests to sleep in. When it's your rooms time

Bed was not comfortable and the furnishings were in bad shape.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Walls are paper thin. You hear every word spoken within 10 feet of your room. Horrible place to try to sleep.

1.Extended Stay is primarily transitional/homeless/mentally ill housing; with some unaware travelers as guests 2.Mattress filled with dust mites/bed bug; lumpy--no rest; old 10yrs+; got sick. Mgt refused to exchange 3.NOISY at night;children running hal

Room was old and worn down, stains on carpets, counters peeling paint

I ended up having to leave and am fighting to get a refund. The security staff, possibly drunk, pounded on my door at 10:45 at night and threw garbage INTO my room...believing I had left it outside. After continued harassment by this staff person I left.

Parking and location and the pillows .

Holes in blankets, furniture needs replacing , curtains not on track,but mostly disliked that there was no Refrigerator when it was an amenity that wa listed in the description of the room.

The room was not clean the room Bathroom didn't have bathroom tissue paper asked for some we don't have any it was a peace rolled and we didn't get any it was not I will never Stay there again

The staff was not very friendly. The room was small and run down. There were no cameras in my hallway. Someone stole things from my room No one is available from Saturday 7pm until Monday 7am. I am still trying to resolve the situation with my things.

I like the amenities (small kitchenette, separate bathroom) Terrence was good. Great personality and was warm with the other guests.

No 24 hour staff hallway smelled like paint and mildew front desk staff have me a key card that didn't work

That a target was right behind it

That the bathroom hade brook and I got stuck in bathroom for thirty min. And my front door did not work with key card. I could just walk in the room

Proximity to our destination

Small rooms, not clean, coffee maker, but no cups (anywhere), thin walls.

Price.Staff - in the wee hours staff did not mind checking me in.

Kids running up and down the hall, microwave didn't work, looked too cheap or had a cheap appearance.

The bed was very comfortable

The staff wasn't very polite

This hotel seemed like a apartment complex in the projects

I was very impressed by the staff and the friendliness of the folks there including the staff. I would easily consider staying there again.No problems with bugs or anyone tampering with my visibly tempting car.
