- Very clean; nice people. Very cooperative and attentive. Good location for budget hotel.
- Closeness to the older part of town and breakfast was pretty good!

- Nothing really.
- It smelled like marijuana 50% of the time Our room smelled awful. Found a cigarette butt in our room Cleaners left our door wide open while we were gone and didn?t close it. The lock on our door was broken. The toilet seat was broken.
- Hotel in disrepair. Towels small, thin, and scratchy. Tape over fire detector and sprinkler. Dirty comforter. Stingy with breakfast foods. Many people had to ask for refills. Overall more like an hourly motel than a hotel.
