Excellent location! A short walk to all the major sites and squares we were interested in experiencing.

The parking fee signage was a bit misleading. I was aware that there was a charge for parking and how much it was. But upon arrival, signage stated that rate was specific to valet parking and others would be charged $25. Preferring to save money where possible, we parked ourselves thinking it would be preferable. Found out on the last day that the $25. was for non-guests, or those using the garage for general parking while exploring nearby. Just a minor misque.

Rooms nice and comfortable

Elevator broke and we were stuck in it and when they finally got out staff act like they could have cared less.

I really liked this hotel — the location is excellent and the style is modern and comfortable.

However, I was a bit disappointed that the windows in the room couldn’t be opened, which made the air circulation feel limited.

I liked the amenities like the gym, pool, and lounge areas. They had a pool table in the lobby which I thought was cool.

I disliked the layout of the rooms. Our room was facing the busy street which was loud, and you can hear all of your neighbors the walls are very thin. No fan or sound in the room whatsoever to drown out the outside noise. Oh, and the parking is $50 extra to park at the hotel which wasn’t ideal and I thought more than necessary. I even had to go get my own car.

It was a good Location

The room wasn’t comfortable, there was a modern sofa which is very small and uncomfortable the toilet flush like the one on the plane with very loud sound, I guess they want to use less water by doing that. The hotel is dog friendly but they were too many in this hotel and barking so much. There is a free breakfast they call it on the weekends which is scrambled eggs and bacon and if you want a toast or anything else you have to buy it. I don’t think I use this hotel again.

We loved that it was just on the edge of downtown and closest to City Market. Much easier to get your car in and out of the area. We also used the valet service so we didn't have to worry about finding parking on the holiday weekend. We arrived, parked, walked around and caught fireworks, no problem. Probably one of the easiest trips we've ever taken. The facilities are great too. We definitely made use of their pool table and enjoyed the bar before heading out. The beds were also very comfortable. Overall this was an excellent stay with a great price and location, especially for this area.

The elevator is a little slow, but the stairs aren't bad.

The location was fantastic. I walked to the river District and the civic center very easily.

The design of the bathroom was very strange. There was just a curtain (which only went as low as my knees) in front of the bathroom. The first things you came to were the shower and the sink. At the end of that was a separate room with a toilet in it, but it had two pocket doors that did not come together like they should (peek-a-boo!). So unless you’re with someone who is comfortable being naked with you, if one person was showering, the other person couldn’t use the toilet. Since I was traveling with a friend and not a partner, we really did not like this arrangement. In addition to all of this, the wall that separated the bathroom from the sleeping area did not go all the way to the floor, the ceiling, or one wall! It’s as if they were trying to make the bathroom as open concept as possible.
