The decor that i never got to see.

Me and my Biological father were turned away. My kids and my sister were on the way.

The property is well maintained. Location is excellent. Housekeeping was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the climate control for this room worked well and was quiet. Room overlooking the pool was nice.

There are no negatives I could comment on for my stay at this location. Would definitely stay here again.

Needs more amenities/ Snacks. Traffic is terrible so you don't want to have to go out for decent snacks.

The staff was fantastic and really nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My only complaint is the breakfast for $9 a person is alittle much and it would be nice to have complimentary coffee. Outside of that great place to stay

New room, clean lobby

Natural gas smell in lobby. High anxiety, feared for our safety. Still upset and concerned that we were in danger with our stay and departure. Submitted complaint with Holiday Inn team. Feel points not enough to satisfy our overall scary experience.

Nothing. Literally had a toiletry shampoo bottle that had already been used in my bathroom!

The rooms are old and dirty. The back door does not require a key card to get into but all of the doors close at 10pm and the front desk actually has to let you in. The elevator system is confusing...one of them doesnt lead to certain rooms.

Service, room, staff was not helpful, keys not working over and over, loud, kids knocking and running, slamming of doors all through the night, LOTS OF ANTS, never got clean towels, had to call over and over, and go downstairs often because of no response

The lady that was working the breakfast area made it worth while she was great. But the room was actually really nice.

We got woken up at 5 am by the fire alarm going off the front desk people weren¿t very hospitable kind of lazy actually. The door closest to our room was not accessible even with the key card for ¿security purposes¿

It was an easy drive to our destination, the Ameris Bank amphitheater.

1 person working when we got there on Saturday and the line was out the door under the awning to check in. Our door lock battery was going dead so it took 12 times for our key card to work. Eventually we had to be let in with a key by staff.

The mattress!

Shower pressure is low. But, nice fixtures. I didn¿t care for the adjoining room option. The girl next door was extremely obnoxious at Midnight, but thankfully the hotel staff handled it immediately!

The staff were super friendly upon check-in. The location was easy to navigate and close to our event. The rooms were average size but comfortable beds.

There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the hallway. Our room faced the event space and we heard music and thumping until well after midnight. I had a sound machine on and could hear the thumping over it. I did not get a restful nights stay.

The front desk attendant was extremely bent out of shape because they were problems when we arrived including the Wi-Fi We were told not to go near the pool because it had not been cleaned . Our room looked only half furnished and overlooked the roof .

Just the location maybe.The Bartender was friendly and courteous

Hotel booked a party in their ballroom that played loud music that was heard in my room. Music played well after 1 AM. I went to front desk to complain that the music was keeping me from sleeping. Attendant told me there was nothing he could do.

Remote control shade did not work and previous customers had taken them. So lights from outside lights were shining in window. The older desk clerk told me he would make a note of this but were unable to do anything. Finally young clerk go blanked hung.

Then WiFi did not work. Got no answer about that. Nice hotel but poorly run.

The cleaning service was nice. The beds were comfortable.

The layout of the room - very loud bathroom, incomplete repairs in hotel room and general areas, customer service was poor, security seemed to be very loose (open doors and guests sleeping in open areas) and wifi was either out or inconsistent.

The room was not ready and the staff was very disrespectful. I did not even stay there because I could not wait. Very, Very unsatisfied.
