Comfort Inn Roswell-Dunwoody

Big room, comfy bed, had a pool not listed on website, host put us by laundry room and sold me quarters knowing I was going to do it.

Didn't know they had a pool until too late to use it. Was going to add a day early but wanted a lot more than I paid online

Clean and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

The beds are comfortable, it's quite, Staff is friendly, breakfast included, and a great price

Yard was not mowed. Outside Door to go inside was broken. Had to walk further around to get into hotel and Hallway ac was not on.

Clean i think house keeping need to clean teh room very well when ever someone check out most of the times i will findind stuff nasty from other guest or somex when i forget something when i check out when i come back is still inside that one room.

No one knows where anything is. I wanted Mexican restaurant front desk Taco Bell down that way! I asked where a Walgreens drug store was? They ask green. I ask for a Italian restaurant? They don't no. Your front desk is the place where guest go with ???

Staff is always friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast selection is very good and the lady overseeing it is very friendly and makes sure everything is kept in good supply.

Hotel was dated , smell of weed in the hallways, management more concerned of charging you more money to park and another adult in room than quality of stay.

Beautiful setup with the balcony's over the pool....

But no pool. After getting my float blown up and sun chair from the car and up 2 levels.... I find out the pool isn't open. I wanted to cry. And there's no maps of the hotel. Finding your way around is almost comical.

Clean. Good food. Great sleep good mattress friendly staff honest card safe easy access from d.r.

Smoking policy was a little overboard.

The breakfast was excellent.

There were ants in the rooms. They had a guest break the water lines and flooded my room while I slept. I had to move to 3 different rooms in 1 stay.

It was quiet the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I dont know what people are complaining about for the price this is an excellent place to stay.

The spaciousness of my suite

The one person that checked me out at the hotel made me feel very unwelcomed. After having stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, when it was a Marriott, then called a hotel 400 and now comfort inn. I was very hurt. I will be looking elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting. However much money you¿re saving, I swear to you, it¿s not worth it. Pay the extra $100 and get another hotel. Avoid at all costs! Hotel was damp, dirty and felts overall filthy. Cheapass owners refuse to repair anything.

The hotel staff was very rude and the hotel is very old and in need of repair.

The location was close to the highway. The lobby and breakfast area looked new.

The carpets where gross, the walls were dirty, the toilet wasn't attached to the floor, the air conditioner did not work well and ran constantly.

food spoiled refrigerator broke, roaches , towels dirty , and insisted we had to leave after we paid and extended our stay.
