Americas Best Value Inn - Rome

Pros +

• The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The hotel was clean. The rooms are dated but you can tell they are trying to renovate. Good for the price.
• The check-in staffs were super nice and accommodating. They were able to upgrade our room to two beds and gave us our preferred first floor. We liked the clean room and breakfast (to-go packet). We also like that there is coin laundry that is affordable.
• The location was great and convenient for the event we were attending for the weekend. There¿s also a gas station next door that you can walk to which we loved in case we needed to get things late. The staff was the best thing, they are super friendly.

Cons -

• The mattress was horrendous. You could feel the box springs through the mattress.
• Has both smoking and non smoking rooms which I didn't know was even still a thing so ask when you check in.
• The only thing that was an inconvenience was that Uber wouldn't come that way to get us. It was not the hotel it was just the location. We used Floyd taxi...excellent service!
