- Hotel staff very rude just opened up the door an ran up in my room twice before I could even get ready man I was so mad....told her I don't need room service an she still went on about her business in my room
- Outdated the front desk lady did not give me my license back I had to go all the back there to get them and she also keep my change I had to go back and get that also
- We ended up having to change rooms(told us there was no cleaning staff) because the one we got was very dirty, but had to clean the new room too. The counters, nightstands and table were all dirty and the top blanket was so bad we didn't want to touch it.
