Quality Inn Newnan - Atlanta South

It was close to everything and honored my choice status.the location was the best. Ms Virginia who cleaned the breakfast area was very nice and hospitable.

There was a roach or roach like bug in my room. It was crawling on my bed. The room otherwise was nice.

Staff cared but were totally out-of-touch with American society.

"WATERED DOWN" is my summary. From TP to the waffle batter was thinned down for cost. Quality to the customer was the poorest I have experienced and not a mindful concern of the ownership/staff. Shameful as that is the name of the hotel. Hotdog breakfast

I was with my brother who had just had hip surgery but it didn¿t work so we was waiting to have another one and the staff at this hotel made sure we were as comfortable as possible!!!!!

AC did not work. After waking up covered in sweat at 5am, front desk agent tried fixing it for 20 minutes. Then moved us to another room. Manager at check out only offered 10% off this stay and 20% off next stay, but then did not honor the 10% off.

Inexpensive but ...

I've stayed here numerous times because it's cheap but nasty. Now they've implemented a new policy where they charge your credit card $100 for incidentals. Not an incidentals hold, but an actual charge. Starting a dispute with Visa.

With DragonCon in town, most hotels were either sold out or ridiculously overpriced. This hotel, although 20 minutes out of town remained reasonable.

A posted Department of health "C" Rating did not instill confidence in this hotel's cleanliness. Then I had to deal with a non-stop barking dog through paper thin walls. This place is fine as a last resort but if other options exist, take them.

I had to change rooms because the fridge raider did not work, and instead of just immediately changing me, the staff offered to change my fridge raider and the showers are not clean.

Nothing at all

They were rude, my fridge never worked, baseboards halfway off, no one understood English, when asked to speak to owner every front desk employee gave you the run a round. When I complained I was told if I didn't like it to get the hell out.

Clean and friendly place and they accepted pets (for a fee). Allowed us to park our semi (bobtail).

Tub had a slow drain. Washer had to be beaten to accept coins. Cleaning lady in our room before we checked out and before 11. This led to our fresh drinks dumped out.

The noise was bothersome until 11pm The air in the room didn¿t work very well.

It was convenient and the price range was good.

The people that were in the room next to us had kids that screamed all night. We could not sleep at all. I had a migraine and that did not help. When we checked out my husband told him about it and he already knew which room it was. So if he knew about it

I've stayed here numerous times and the rooms are generally okay, even if there's always some maintenance or cleanliness issue.

Checked into room 105 to find the bathroom sink full of vomit. The young man at the front desk inspected the room and was equally disgusted. I was put in a different room but will not stay at this disgusting hotel again.

It was dirty, TV and phone didn¿t work. Had to change rooms. Bathroom floor was filthy. Elevator brook.

Close to everything, shopping, food, interstate. Room was clean, quiet. Staff was polite.

Lobby smelled of sewage, room wasn't very clean.There were people in the halls all night making noise.

It was OK. It was clean. It was BETTER than some of it's competitors where we stopped first and kept going.

THEY DID NOT SERVE REAL COFFEE....SOME TYPE OF INSTANT FROM A PLASTIC BAG...AND IT WAS BROKEN!!!

Very unclean. The room floor hallway reek mildew and mold, my assigned rm was dirty for sometime. The bedding reeked strongly of mildew. I asked to be moved, I was offered spray and alt bedding before accommodation. In conclusion I slept in my car.Refund?
