The location

The shower door holder was loose, no hot water the next morning, my remote control did not work. I made several calls, but I wasn’t able to watch TV. My refrigerator stayed slightly cool not cold. My soap dispensers in the shower did not work.

The cook she was friendly and nice

I stay for a week at a time and room doesn't get clean

The lady at night locking the main doors and treating me like a trespasser having me wait outside main entrance l.

I expected the experience to be better. The hotel looks nicer and newer in pictures. Breakfast wasn¿t great. Coffee machine was broken. The coffee was undrinkable when they did fix it. The hotel was right next to freeway and there was a lot of noise

I thought the price was high compared to other hotels.

Clean, close to interstate, easy to get into parking lot, well lit and friendly staff

I like that this hotel is close by all necessities!

Hotel employee at the front desk was rude and racially profiling me. I felt that I was being singled out and discriminated against! Would not recommend this hotel at all.

This was the worst experience they had roaches in the rooms and in the hallway.Stayed there the 1st night and that was enough. Nobody was ever at the front desk to get toilet paper had to use napkins.

Roaches and the man that checked us in seemed to have a attitude not professional at all. I wasted my money because I stayed there 1 night but booked for 3

The location relative to the wedding venue I attended

It was not very clean. I wondered if it had been cleaned before I arrived. Also, some very loud music played all night long. Not sure where the music was coming from, maybe the exercise room, but it played loud and non-stop both nights I was there.

The facility is nice. The amenities are ok. Free breakfast was just ok.

The place is not being kept up. The tv did not work, carpet is new but filthy, trash is left outside the elevator and peoples rooms for several days. They do not service the rooms. They tell you that they clean every five days but they will not clean.

The girls on staff were very nice.

The manager on duty lacked all common courtesy when asked a question. I found roaches in the bathroom. I was able to get pictures for proof before I killed them. The A/C barely worked. I had to put on 65 to just get the room cooled. Zero water pressure.

Found used trash bag, someone else¿s shirt and used condones in trash.

Location

Front desk person was surly and rude. Didn¿t care wether we checked in or not. The toilet in the room was not working properly. The water ran until you moved the handle up to stop it, The blackout curtain would not close completely.

Loaction, though at certain times it was hard to get out on the main highway;

The room had a smell of old cigarette or pipe tobacco, maybe marijuana. The shower pressure was extremely low. I have multiple allergies and stuffed up almost immediately. You could hear the persons in the room next to us talking. Tv would cut in and out.

Very clean hotel all around. Professional, friendly staff. Breakfast was a variety of hot and cold selections. Good coffee. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Front desk assistant was incompetent and unfriendly; bathroom was not cleaned and they never corrected it. Breakfast consisted of so sausage and egg but absolutely nothing else. I have never seen this before, no bread, no cereals, no yoghurt, no plates

This hotel may have bedbugs or spiders. I had a cluster of bites on both knees.

Clean, nice front office staff.

Breakfast has no bread or bagels, oatmeal or yogurt etc. I stayed in another sleepinn in KY breakfast there was much better. The box in which cereal are kept is painful to take cereal . Overall i say it is better to assume no breakfast in this place

Hotel was in a good location and should I need to be in this area again I would stay here again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I had thought that a breakfast was served but that wasn¿t the case.
