- Close to restaurants, shopping and highway. Friendly atmosphere.
- It was available and the cost

Cons -

- I moved the fridge over and found trash under it, also carpet needs clean has stains on it. Rooms need renovated they are out dated and bathroom had some mold
- Window curtains were sheer and did not provide adequate privacy. Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly enough.
