Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Marietta

The desk clerk finally agreed to give us an extra room to accommodate the number of people that we had booked the room for.

The desk clerk was very rude at first. She agreed to give us a comp room after we called the Marriott Corp number.

Great breakfast!

It was hard to find the light switches on the lamps but the bed. We had to search to find the tv remote.

Bed sheets was not clean, it was just flip over. Me and my family got rashes after staying there. Bathroom vent was not working. Door seal was defective.

We were late checking in and Hotel employee at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. The room exceeded my expectations and breakfast wasn't bad, just wish they would offer turkey or chicken sausage as my husband doesn't eat pork. We'll be back.

Nothing negative at all.

The staff was congenial and helpful. I walked in with my cane, and they gave me a handicapped room (& shower) without being asked.

It is a bit noisy, probably due to I75 being so near, but you get used to it.

Uncomfortable bed (too soft), no rollers on desk chair (chair doesn¿t move on carpet), no packs of coffee in room

It is only two years old (2021). Seems well maintained and located right by the expressway.

No comment I had the wrong room not the one I paid for it.

There is no enough towel in the bathroom, and you have to use the same towel for the pool it¿s very disgusting

Unsanitary and Unclean Experience - Bugs everywhere and dirty1

We checked out before breakfast hours. Staff was friendly, hotel areas were visited were clean, located near expressway we were traveling on.

We didn’t experience anything negative during our visit.

I had a great stay overall. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and well equipped, and the bed was really comfy. Breakfast was good, and I have to give a special shout-out to the coffee, hands down the best I’ve ever had at a free hotel breakfast. The noon check-out was also a big plus and not something you see very often. Would definitely stay here again!

On the second floor it smelled like smoke I asked the girl that worked Friday night if the lady before her found out who was smoking on the floor this slow high slow girl talked to me like I was slow stupid or high pretty much she was talking to me like I was the high one not getting not all your doors work she worked Friday nights the girl Saturday sweet her the girl Friday maybe not let her SLOW HIGH ASS WORK THE FRONT DESK especially with no compression of how to work or talk to people she’s lucky I was there for my boys otherwise I would have loved to belittle her slow high stupid ass just saying

It was clean, no issues checking in.

When you come in with a family of 4 and there's not enough space for everyone to set their bags and have to set bags in the floor. There was a lot of unused space in the room that could have been used to set bags. Just a horrible design.

Breakfast biscuit HARD and sausage were terrible ?

Had problems with lock on door moved to another room which bathroom door was sticking and had to not close

I reserved a king suite and the bed was a queen and the pull out couch was not comfortable and I had to go to the front desk and get the linens to make up the sofa bed. No staff would bring it to the room.
