The beds

Parking no parking , also i went to get brakefast and i went 5 mins before the staff started getting the food and i was there with my son disable son how rude why reach out to get food and im there that is just horrible

It was on renovation at our stay , they were working putting things together! Probably breakfast will improve eventually on our next trip to the same hotel God?s willing.

It was better than the drug infested hotel we left prior to finding this one. Both were spur of the moment buy this one was not all that great.

We had a room with double beds. The bed my wife and I chose, smelled like urine. Our son's bed did not. They gave us another room but my wife was highly upset because her pajamas smelled like urine from the short time that she was in the bed.

Location was near restaurants, gas stations, entertainment, and shopping.

My room smelled awful. I had to buy carpet fresh powder and scented candles. Bathroom door was hard to open and close and the lock didnt work. Shower nozzle was hard to turn to get hot water.

It was close to the hiway

There were signs stating hotel under renovations the elevator was covered in drywall dust on the walls & floors and not cleaned from the time we checked in until when we left. The hall carpets were very stained. In our room 3 light bulbs were missing

The cable provider

No water for hours and the breakfast was not properly stalked. Only waffle batter every morning. No juice, no cereal, no oatmeal, no milk and no meat.

Nothing, maybe that its next to a QT gas station and drugs are readily available everywhere

Its just Grungy...Carpets are old beds are old no blankets in the winter...funky smell weed everywhere, dumpsters in front of the room...omg...

Bathroom shower leaks

The staff was kind and helpful with most things.

There was mold in the shower. Too much mold. And the second floor hallway smelled of cannabis. Not our expectation from a non smoking floor..

No pool

The hotel smelled of weed and cigarettes. Then wanted to charge me $100 deposit after I had paid for the room with paypal online...

I had to ask for towels I never got until 4pm. I got up early for towels never received. I ask two days for the cleaning guy to clean my beds..he never came. So I had one day no tissue. $--- a day not worth It.

It¿s closeness to white water

1. Upon arriving I opened the fridge to put drinks inside and out came a roach. The room had a horrible odor like the carpet has never been cleaned. Requested towels and was told none was clean, the toilet didn¿t flush, after bathing 2 showers no hot wate

The hotel was very up-to-date in the room. Nice fresh pictures and very good smell.

Not all of the hotels amenities were available. The hotel rooms were Extremely Loud the door slammed all night and management did nothing to control the people running up and down the hallways all hours.

We could not enter the hotel, because the area is not safe. There were broken windows at the back of the property, with glass in the parking lot, and there were people, not guests, loitering at the entrance so that we did not even feel safe checking in.

My stay was great! Room was comfortable and quiet.

The breakfast was just ok. There was construction on going in the hotel, but was not causing any problems with my stay.

Bed was great very comfortable.

They charged $100 deposit per room. I have $200 tied up nd not sure I will get it back. Carpet was wet moldy smell. Mold was visible on the bathroom walls. The breakfast was waffles. Other Sleep Inns are so much better.

Location was perfect.

There was only one washer and dryer. The breakfast wasn't as advertised. The pool was closed and they had online they had a pool. Rooms weren't clean, that was hair, and a fake nail on the ground, and stains on blankets...

The staff was friendly and welcoming, but there were a LOT of bugs flying and crawling around the room. We didn't see any signs of bedbugs, but it was late and we were tired so we decided to just pretend we were camping and attempt to sleep.

Not a fan of bugs indoors.
